fraud.. modules dont work and no refund.. DONT BUY

Their modules do not work as advertised. Most will show PHP errors in the code. We bought several and ended up wasting a lot of time troubleshooting. Their support is not help either. We put this project on hold and when asked for help they told us to buy these modules again.

I have purchased more than one module, and every time it has not worked right away, even though they state that there is assistance, they try to take money to make it work.

We bought the Google Shooping module and they were a huge help in implementation. Any issues were solved within a few(1-2) working days. Their custumer support is very good.

Misleading and Unprofessional - Avoid This Developer

I purchased some module after confirming with the developer that it supported my opencart theme. They assured me it was compatible, but once I encountered issues, they backtracked, claiming the module needed customization to work with my template. Despite my clear inquiry and their initial confirmation, they now refuse to offer a refund, hiding behind vague policies.

They’ve tried to frame their “offer” to customize the module as a favor when, in reality, it’s their obligation to deliver on what was promised. I’ve already lost significant time dealing with their miscommunication, and they seem unconcerned with the inconvenience caused. They value their time but show zero regard for the customer’s time or experience.

This developer is unprofessional and dishonest, and their business practices are shady. They don’t take accountability for misleading pre-sale information and instead try to manipulate the situation to avoid refunds. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them—if you value your time and money, stay away.

You pay for the plugin, which deliberately lacks very basic things. If you need anything tweaked it involves custom development, and they charge top dollar for it. Literally, to change 3 lines of an invoice template, they charge you 150USD. I'm a developer, I know this is a rip off.
Also when you ask for changes they are not smart enough to understand what you are asking for, it seems as if they don't understand the language. And they make sure that you detail exactly what you ask for because, if you want them to adjust something minimal or some misunderstanding that would imply a minute of work, they charge you a deliberately exorbitant price. Don't fall for it, look for alternatives.

You pay for the plugin, but then when you need to change something, they rip you off with completely outrageous prices. Very small changes, like adding a reference or other quite basic information that I believe they intentionally leave out so they can charge you later. For changes that take 5 minutes (I'm a programmer, so I know how long it takes), they charge you $100. A scam!

I purchased the module to publish listings on ebay and I had problems from the first moment, when I asked for support I was given, after a long time I had the same problems and it never worked as it should. Today I find myself having paid for a product for which I have absolutely no support as they only give for 3 months then I ask to pay again even for a new module, and this is unacceptable and synonymous with great unreliability and poor professionalism. I think that if the problem is due to a malfunction of the software I should solve anything, while they hide behind the request for payment for support even for things that they should guarantee. In addition to the fact that their software does not work, this has created a great inconvenience first of all because I had to pay many expenses on ebay due to synchronization errors that created and deleted numerous listings charging me the costs, think of hundreds of objects that close and reopen. And in addition to this therefore I have had economic damage. I think it is not worth trusting these scoundrels, for me they are unreliable people, and I advise anyone else who has had problems to report it.

I have purchased Opencart Supercheckout extension and had some problems with the instalation. Thanks to fast response the guys form Knowband fixed the issue asap.

Bought prestashop abandoned cart module that says to work with all themes - unfortunately does not work for onepage checkout.

NO REFUND, also asked to pay additionally.

I purchased a Prestashop module that was version 1.6 and installed it on a newer version. I couldn't use the module and asked for a refund instantly. The answer was "no". Don't buy from these guys, there are other more repatriable Prestashop builders available.
