I ordered food for delivery. My order was accepted at the time but then cancelled later, leaving me without essential ingredients for Easter lunch. This was disappointing as their food has been high quality other times I have ordered it.

Always enjoyed the fresh and plentiful produce got delivered. A delight for the day. Will miss this for sure.

So sad. Your groceries were one of the few good things that came out of the pandemic. They brought Italy and France to me as I could not go there and introduced me to some veggies I would have not bought myself.

An array of wonderful ingredients for my daughter to enjoy, she is devastated that this will be her last box.

Bought milk twice from this company including from their South Ken store. Twice milk was off. My child was intoxicated. I raised a complain mostly so they can keep an eye on their suppliers. I was ignored. Quality of veggie boxes gets worse with every order. Once a customer, never again.

Incomplete order turned up and then no communication so I wouldn't have got a refund if I hadn't chased. Poor customer service produce is nice

We ordered the Seafood Valentines hamper that you cook at home. The dressing for the salad was missing which was annoying and I found the potatoes very boring. I wish I had have gone with my instincts and put them in the oven rather than follow the instructions.
However, it arrived on time and I liked the lobster and the sauce.

Ordered the Valentine's dinner. Excellent service apart from it arriving an hour early, we were given a 2-hour time slot fortunately I hadn't gone out. Very impressed with the packaging, almost everything either compostable or recyclable. The food was excellent, we really enjoyed it. Great value for money. Would have been nice to have a nice menu to go with the food. Definitely recommend this.

I love the freshness And quality of all the products Knock Knock sell. I’ve been buying basis fruit and veg boxes and pantry staples for the last couple of years. I especially love the seasonal boxes which have really delicious and really interesting fruits and veg. It’s so easy to order and so convenient. Highly recommend!
