Ordered a mystery bundle for the mrs as i opened the underwear it was obviously too big and I messaged there customer support who took 2 emails and about 5 days just to respond. Then I was told because it was a sale item no refunds even if its still new etc. So in the bin we're they belong.

Don't support this greedy crap company I definitely won't again. Much better other australian brands that will actually look after you.

Knobby has nice & comfortable underwear, but it has sh*t service. Simple questions turned into 7 emails asking the same question, as the replies were mostly autopilot polite blurb. A few years ago, they failed to deliver our goods for Christmas, despite ordering 2 weeks before. This time, I tried to gift the undies subscription club. It seemed straightforward on the website, but it took ages to get the simple answer regarding the shipping to NZ.

My 3 children bough me a 7 month Knobby underwear subscription for my 56th birthday. I received my last pair over the weekend. I cannot rate this experience highly enough. Firstly, it's a very unique experience. Receiving a pair of undies in the mail every month is delightful and put a smile on my face every time. Secondly, the packaging is classy to say the least, and mostly came with an extra little gift. Thirdly, the underwear itself is great quality and feels tailored. Lastly, the designs are hilarious. I truly can't decide which is my favourite. My view of Knobby is that they care about their clients and the products they release into the marketplace. I get the feeling that they love what they do. I know I do.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Knobby. It’s great to support an Australian-owned brand based right on the Sunshine Coast, and they really deliver on all fronts.
The designs are amazing and unique, but more importantly, the products are durable and built to last. For the level of quality you get, the price is very reasonable. On top of that, their customer service is excellent—responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend Knobby if you’re looking for high-quality gear from a solid local company!

I’ve tried so many different underwear brands over the years, but Knobby has completely won me over. The fit is perfect, no digging, no riding up, just soft, breathable fabric that moves with me all day. Quick delivery but unfortunately these are my worst undies ever. Super comfy for about 30min then you start to sweat.. maybe ok in cold climate but terrible when it's not freezing. No thanks.

Very comfortable but beware of the long undies, they caused overheating and lead to a bad case of jock itch.

Sent one gift of undies to my son and that's when the problem started. I only wanted one set for 6 months. That's all. I unsubscribed but kept getting emails. I sent emails asking to be taken off the email lists. They said they would. I continued to get emails. I then rang them to ask them to delete my email address, they said it was an oversight and they would stop sending them. They didn't. I am still receiving emails. I have emailed them again and now I am at the stage of reporting them for non-compliance. Never take up a subscription, never ever do it, they don't do what they say they're going to do.

Absolutely swear by the products. They are so comfy and I look forward to the new creative designs every month its such a great idea. The team are quick on the responses and the service is great.

I have had a few issues where they send me the wrong style undies, and last week I received a crop that had no pads in them. On contacting them about this they told me that because of 'ongoing sustainability' they have removed all pads from crops and bralettes (without even notifying us). So we have to walk around with unsuitable clothing just because some greenies are worried about trying to save the planet?

Bought a few pairs of Knobby undies, product itself is fine.

However, after receiving too many marketing emails too often I unsubscribed from their comms.

Suddenly, without any prior occurrence, I start receiving marketing text messages from Knobby i.e. they took my unsubscription from their marketing comms as a signal to start texting marketing comms to my personal phone number instead.

Great way to permanently lose a previously happy customer and former advocate for your brand. Will be directing people to your competitors will less shady marketing practices from this point forward.

Amazing company I have the monthly subscription that arrives very quick even though I live in the UK and I purchased some extra off the site and there great too

I hate to be THAT person but I think they're the worst men's underwear I've worn. I'm about to throw them all out. Why? The cut is horrendous. I don't even know what is happening with that but it's not logical and feels uncomfortable. But the most important thing is, I can't even move without them riding up inside my stomach! That is all.

I'd call it pure joy - it's when you're just ordering underwear and when receiving it you're like getting into your favorite part of Adventure Times! The package! The numerous messages on the package, inside it, on each tag and even cool stickers! And most importantly, the underwear quality! I don't want to take it off, ever! Super very highly recommended
