hi there just whant to no when my top will be sent out

Poor quality and fit masks. Emailed and messaged about 10 times and no response. They don’t seem to care at all. Incompetent customer service.

Absolutely brilliant! Sent a query via the contact form on the website regarding my delivery as I was concerned I hadn't had a dispatch note. Got a speedy, very polite and helpful response within the 24hr time period, saying that my item was to be delivered the following day! Item was fantastic and made someone very happy at Christmas, will definitely be using these guys again!

Ordered four cycling jerseys at XL only when they arrived they were all Large.
Tried to flag the issue up with the manufacturer only to get no answer in reply.
Jersey quality was top notch but wrong size made them uncomfortable to ware.
Am now putting them up for sale on line as they are no good to me as they are.

I can't recommend these enough. Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a t shirt for my sons 21st birthday, they sent it out that afternoon an I received it the next day!!! Beautiful quality too. So very impressed, thank you

Good product but just takes a while to arrive

I purchased a rugby shirt.
However after wearing the shirt twice there was some piling in the front of the shirt , which I have not experienced before in the other rugby shirts that I have purchased.
The look and design was great.

XXXXL is no different to XXXXXL.... which is disappointing as I have purchased both sizes, would have been delighted with the garment if sizing was accurate.

I am very disappointed with this shirt. The online description stated that it was a 1/4 zip cycle shirt. I received the exact shirt that I ordered except it is clearly a full zip cycle shirt. I would have never bought this shirt if it was a full zip. I paid a lot of money for it and I deserve to receive the item as described. I also am not returning it because it is a pain to return items overseas and I needed this item for a race that is in two weeks from now.

I found this company online and when I seen the charities to which they sponsor clothing for, I knew I had to purchase one or two (maybe three or four). I purchased the Combat stress clothing and all items fit really well, they're comfortable and well designed. The service provided was second to none and the products came earlier than expected. I can sure say I will definitely be purchasing from this company again, just need to make room for more clothes.
