Tylorstown Pharmacy
Totally unfriendly, unhelpful. There is zero customer service no help offered. How are these awful companies allowed to operate. NHS is bad but these are bad at a whole other level.
Horrendous
Perns wasn't perfect, however, at least you could get hold of them on the day you wanted your medication, till Knights took over, absolutely horrendous they are, you can ring and ring, and it just keeps on telling you all of their agents are busy, ring like a dozen times a day for weeks on end, you can ring n ring, and it just says the same thing, saying to sign up to an NHS app, thus making the NHS struggle more than it already is, not to mention if you’re going to force people to sign up to the APP, helping them achieve this would suffice, meaning there should a number option to get more advice on how to achieve this, but nope nothing!
Shocking service at Neath
Shocking service at Neath. My prescription shows as authorised eight days ago. I have heard nothing from the Pharmacy. I have tried to ring on numerous occasions, just to get a message saying their staff are busy with other calls. They just don’t bother answering the calls. I’m about to run out of my repeat medication. I’m now forced to take time out to visit to find out what is going on.
Appalling Customer Service
This used to be a reliable pharmacy, I've been waiting 3 weeks for my prescriptions - no-one replies to texts or phone messages - they have taken over several chemists locally and now provide a rubbish service.
Headless cross Redditch very poor service
Headless cross Redditch branch
Send you a text saying the prescription is ready when you go there you have to wait 25 mins for the prescription to be put up . Why send the text if it’s not ready for collection .
Terrible harborne lordswood
The harborne lordswood branch of pharmacy is a complete joke and definitely scamming people. I was a little late in picking up my babys prescription and was told that it was deleted by the system. when I forced them to release that onto the spine, only then i was told by the locum pharmacist that it was claimed already. Miss Saeeda, who is the pharmacy technician or something, started putting blames on me that I have picked it up already, although I did not. These people are a joke they have cameras and everything and they can check but wanted to hide their theft. I’m definitely going to file a formal complaint against them.
Appalled by knights pharmacy in…
Appalled by knights pharmacy in catshill mum ordered medication on Friday of last week went to pick up the following week on a Saturday 7 days later we were told it would be 10 minutes we left and went back about 1 hour later to collect, when collected inhalers that were ordered were not ready but tablets that were ordered Thursday this week were ready and given to us. Mum not having her inhalers when ordered in plenty of time were not there to be picked up.
I do not recommend this pharmacy this is not the first time this has happened if I could give 0 stars i would
A DISGRACETO PHAMACIES
Their branch in Whitcombe Street Aberdare S Wales is the worst Pharmacy in the U.K.
rude lazy lying Staff. Can’t get prescriptions correct. Mickey Mouse is the Manager
Absolutely dreadful pharmacy
Absolutely dreadful pharmacy. Staff training and monitoring must not exist. They are a law unto themselves. They get everything wrong, deny all knowledge and then give you a filthy look like its the customer's fault. They have never sent me a text to say my prescription is ready even though they have my details. They keep saying they will. Today I received a text. I can barely walk or dress but I made it to the pharmacy. No prescription there,no one admits to sending the text, just the usual filthy, dismissive looks. If this was my business I would sack the management first and then the staff would be re - trained and monitored. What happened to people a few generations ago who took pride in their work?
KNIGHTS CRABBS CROSS REDDITCH
KNIGHTS CRABBS CROSS REDDITCH
What an absolute joke this pharmacy is It’s not the chemist but the counter staff Rude disinterested and lazy
Again today 5 behind the dispensary queue out of the door One ignorant young lady came from the back into the shop to tell a man sitting that the pharmacist wouldnt be long She walked past a full queue that was the level of her work the ten minutes we queued No one bothered to serve then a young girl came in Lovely girl dark haired very cheerful and the queue began to move The former girl gave me such a black look as I have had cause to complain about her before Obviously it’s too much trouble for them to actually work
It’s a total let down as a business Head Office needs to address this or cant they be bothered either ?
Disgusting service at Jiggins Lane Pharmacy, Bartley Green Birmingham
Dear Sirs,
I am not one for complaining, but i am absolutely dismayed at the service i received today at your pharmacy at the above address.
My wife spoke to a doctor at Jiggins lane surgery and a prescription was raised on the 19/12/2025 for Conjugated Oestrogens and passed to your pharmacy electronically on the same day.
I went to your pharmacy tonight at 17.15 today (23/12/2025) to collect the prescription.
When i asked for the tablets for my wife, I was just handed the prescription back and was told by the young black girl there (sorry i dont know her name) sorry we cannot get these, no explanation, nothing.
These are very important to my wife because as Premarin is no longer available, these are a direct replacement, and make a great difference to her life.
They were only requested because my wife was running out of the tablets.
Today is the day before Christmas Eve and i am left to phone round pharmacies tomorrow morning to try and get the prescription filled.
They had the prescription for 4 days and no attempts were made to contact my wife to inform that they were unable to supply the items, they must have know this days before i went to collect the items.
Considering the time of year and the fact that shops etc are closed for the festive period, this is absolutely disgusting service and a total lack of wanting to help your customers.
I have no doubt a lot of your customers are older and unable to just call round lots of pharmacies to track down their medication and then drive to collect it.
I thought pharmacies were there to help, clearly a message that has not reached Knights Pharmacy in Jiggins Lane .
I hope that you will bring this to their attention, so it does not happen to anyone else.
Just trying to register this complaint, and they don`t make easy, there does not seem to be a direct email address for them.
Yours
Mike Field
No service
No service, waited best part of an hour then half my medication was there the rest was not, now I have to come back and wait again, waste of time, will never use knights again
I went to Knights pharmacy on Dyfed…
I went to Knights pharmacy on Dyfed road Neath and was told we can't do your prescription until Tuesday (today is Wednesday) i said i need my inhaler as mine as run out and I cant go without until Tuesday, she checked her computer and said "nope, it will be Tuesday" i said have you run out, she said no we have them! Why did she check the computer then!! So do I hope i don't have an asmtha attack for 6 days then? I went elsewhere and will never used them again, appalling service, maybe less talking and more working might help too
Incredible attitude and customer service
A tale from Risca chemist
After the doctor sending over the prescription online on Thursday last week I went to pick up the medication for my sick partner on Friday I was told it wasn’t ready and still hadn’t been printed off…. I could wait but had to go to work so was unable to. I work weekends nights so could only get there on Tuesday…. After waiting in the queue and asking again for the medication I was told it had only just been printed off when I replied what a great service they were giving and it was unbelievable it took 6 days to print a emergency prescription the “person “ serving replied “if you don’t like it then go somewhere else”
I think I will be taking it further to the pharmacy authorities

Exceptional service from the staff in Knights Woodview Pharmacy.
The staff go above and beyond.
Thank you again.
Knights newbridge
Knights newbridge, again wife goes for her prescription only to be told it's not been sent from doctors, when she spoke to doctors again these people have not ordered the items, but they blame everyone but Thier selves, some one mentioned the little short woman, she as always had a bad attitude, these are old Lloyds staff, they have never been any good.
Knights group you need to get a grip before you go under, don't think it can't happen ☹️
A great service provided at Knights Pharmacy,Henley in Arden
Outstanding Service at Knights Pharmacy, Henley-in-Arden
We’ve consistently experienced exemplary service at Knights Pharmacy. Prescriptions are dispensed promptly and with meticulous care. The helpful text message alerts when medications are ready for collection are a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciate.
The entire dispensing team demonstrates impressive knowledge, with Jayne, the principal pharmacist, standing out for her expertise and professionalism. We’ve observed firsthand how warmly and empathetically customers are treated, with sound advice always offered.
As retired clinicians, we were particularly moved by the staff’s swift and compassionate response when a passerby suffered an injury outside the pharmacy. They provided immediate first aid, comforted the individual, and arranged for ambulance support—all with calm efficiency and kindness.
Knights Pharmacy exemplifies what community healthcare should be. We are deeply grateful to Jayne and the entire team.
Excellent

Excellent Customer Service experience
I attended Knights Pharmacy at the Bus Station on Morgan Street, Pontypridd on several occasions when Mum was very ill. The staff were absolutely 💯 brilliant. They were so kind to me and done everything possible to ensure I had a first class service. Stuart, the Pharmacist was extremely helpful and kind to me, even though I burst into tears explaining that my Mum was receiving palliative care. He offered me tissues and a seat and made up the medication quickly. I always visit this Pharmacy as the service is absolutely outstanding. Thanks so much guys, you've helped me so much ❤️
KNIGHTS PHARMACY TAIBACH..
I have to attend the chemist daily, which is a nightmare as my anxiety goes through the roof at times so I generally don't go out.
The fact I had to attend daily in the first instance doesn't present well and I had initially thought they seemed a bit offish with me (prob me embarrassed and overly sensitive)
Recently though, the chemist went over and above, I feel, and must've requested a welfare check from the police.
The pharmacist was apologetic for doing so when I seen her the following day but I actually had a lump in my throat that she'd cared enough to do so.
I felt more support from them, the Pharmacist in particular than my own family.
Thank you to all of you at Knights, Taibach.
It meant more than you know!
