The knife handle scales I received were beautiful and top quality. One set was the incorrect thickness, and they promptly shipped out a replacement. Customer Service was great.

Incompetent company with even worse customer service.

I order a press and they sent the incorrect one. They claim that you have to inspect it within 72 hours of receiving it for anything to be done.

I have ordered knife supplies from this website 4 or 5 times in the past 7 months or so. Every order I have received had defective or missing items from the order. I ordered jigged bone handle material that took 2 replacement orders to get one good set of handle material. I also ordered 3 sets of their corby and step drill combos. I only received 8 of 10 corbys in the latest order and all 3 orders did not have the correct step drill bit to match the corbys. I would suggest the company test their own products prior to shipping to customers and quality check their materials as well as double check the quantity of items being shipped.

So I was looking into a project. Wanting to create my own custom knife. Not really knowing where to start.
So. After trawling through the internet for what I was looking for I came across this website. And happy I did.
Robert Feltman who I was speaking to, was and is so helpful. Pointing me in the right direction. Polite. Knowledgeable. Asking if I needed anymore help or tips. Treats customers on a personal level which is really nice.
The website itself has all sorts, from locking mechanisms to steel for blades or handles to rivets and screws, bearings, inlays... like more than I can list...

Just looking the the product list and having a quick skim over it all. There is at least 10 pages of items... Each page has 150 odd items. That’s at least 1500 items for knife maintenance, creation and pretty much all one could need. Mental. Like. Crazy amount of gear and a very knowledgeable.
Worth investing in. I’m sure if I asked for a specific bearing of an odd size for a replacement on a knife they don’t make anymore . I could find it here. Or Robert would either know off the top of his head or do his best to sort it out.
