Dodgy and slow, DON'T
Paid for a key, got a receipt for the payment from Stripe but no key: an email instead, quite dodgy, where they tell me to use a certain account and password. Obviously asked for refund, I really don't think will be done. Let's see.

We have replied to all your emails and sent you the activation instructions over and over but you refuse to follow them.
Update: If you actually read the instructions on your order email which contains your license key you will read this line: "This is the standard message you will receive to prompt phone activation: “Specified product key has already been activated maximum number of times “
To start the simple process of activation over the phone please follow the instructions on this link: >> https://kngkey.com/how-to-activate-office-by-phone/ "
If you actually opened that link, the first image you will see is the same screenshot of the problem you sent us, the phone activation process shouldn't take you longer than 5 minutes and it's a very simple process, tens of customers follow the same instructions everyday without any issue!
