The brace itself felt good when I first put it on. Then the top started rolling down. It wouldn't stay up.

I advised Knee Relieve I was not satisfied with the product & wanted to return it. I received an immediate response that they were sorry I wasn't satisfied & they could send a replacement or refund my payment.
I requested a refund & was advised that a credit was issued to my account & that I could keep the product & maybe give it to someone else who could use it.
They were prompt & courteous & handled my problem in a professional matter.

I wrote explaining that I love the brace but if was a bit too big. They are sending one which promises to be a better fit. Very please with the interaction I had with Jo and prompt service. I have a box full of knee braces and this is by far the best one. Very positive experience! Thank you.

I ordered my braces over a month ago and still have not received them. No shipping update since aug18. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received.

Fantastic product and great service. My brace was a bit loose and I sent in a request for a smaller one and they took my measurements and within ten minutes I had another one being shipped free of charge. This is the best service I’ve had in a long time

Theses braces do NOT fit all. They did NOT fit my knees at 225. So the claim is blatantly FRAUDULENT. Proof once again that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. WASTE OF MONEY!

I made a mistake on my order. Customer service representative Florelyn was able to help me quickly and corrected all of my mistakes. I am grateful that there are still good people in the world that are willing to help.

Good product although nor large enough for me after sales service was excellent and no problem in receiving a refund

I received my knee relieve supports which were too big. I wrote to them and they sent smaller ones the next day. Great service no fuss. A great product.

Its taking so long for someone to explain what's happening to my order until I email you folks to see what's the status of my order.

My concerns were not addressed. I have paid for and ordered two pair of knee sleeves and one pair of insoles. I have received two different emails with two different tracking numbers indicating that all three items have been delivered. In fact as I have reported by email I have only received one pair of sleeves and the insoles. The agent says the knee sleeves will still come but couldn’t explain why I have received these emails indicating they have been delivered. So until I get my last pair of sleeves this service and order is unsatisfactory.

I was surprised as how quick Customer Service got back to my question online!

Every time I email them they email me right back and answer all of my questions, and when I call them they explain to me to my Satisfaction,my knee Sleeve was to big I needed a small they didn’t come in a small so they refunded my money back to my card
The Product was well made.

I have ordered on 26th (4 days back) the system shows that it is ordered but dispatch has not taken place...not sure if this delay is normal....no response from the company when I left a message on their website..

Personal customer service and quick assistance with product that didn’t fit correctly for me. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to others.

While wearing my knee brace it has been very comfortable, yet very supporting.

The advertisement says one size fits all. There is no place that I could see to actually measure the knee and get the correct sizing. My Sleeves feel down every block or so.

On second try, they asked for a measurement. So, this was inconvenient. I have another set on the way. So, fingers crossed. They were very prompt in replacing them at no charge. So that was good.

A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
The knee braces appear to be well made. Communication from 'Customer Support' has been excellent. The one problem I have experienced is with the 'one size fits all.' Because of swelling of the knee associated with arthritis, the brace is very difficult to put on. I am in contact with Customer Support, who have told me that they have an XL size. We will see what happens. I bought a second pair for my spouse and she is very happy. The brace fits like a glove.
Overall, this seems to be a very good, trustworthy organization

I ordered a pair of Men’s knee sleeves. They are XL size but we’re way too small for me. I texted Millicent and she answered right back.
I’m used to waiting days for an answer so when she got right back to me that was a pleasant surprise. I called and talked to David about a refund and he took care of me right then. This company is going to go a long way if they keep up this great customer service. I’m sorry the sleeves didn’t fit but I give the company 5 stars for their customer service.

After posting my original review the company did contact me and I was issued a full refund. I'm happy they made this right, don't think it should have taken a bad review to receive it.

Don't order from them! Full refund not available if product doesn't fit they offer only 30% and remind you that you have to pay for shipping.
