Complete scam.
I actually made an order by mistake and tried to cancel it immediately. I telephoned, I emailed, I direct messaged. Absolutely nothing. Calls are unanswered, messages ignored. Now, having checked on streetview I can see that they are NOT at the registered address on Regent Street. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They must have written the good reviews themselves. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY LIKE ME AND MANY OTHERS.

After my daughter passing away I was at a very low point in my life was on I pad and thought I would treat myself to some new aftershave.i know I just didn't know what to do.so I ordered a bottle of halfreti aftershave off KNEEPILLOW website.i have had 1 email off these low life's to say the purchase was on its way nothing since it has been 2 weeks I have phoned the number on website but it just rings out.i didn't check trustpilot before my purchase I will now if I purchase off internet ever again.i am now going through my bank to get a refund.merry Christmas KNEEPILLOW you fifilthy animals.this website is one massive scam don't know how they sleep at night

Awful company. Ordered a bunk bed with a cot. This was ordered 11/09, received no correspondence so chased on 16/09 re its dispatch. Phone number rings out, no response to email so sent WhatsApp messages.. We have had barely no response. Only once saying they will get it sent within 14 days but when we ask for an update still nothing, have since sent 3 more messages and no reply. In this time no response to my email either. Absolutely no empathy to the fact my baby has no bed?? Bizarre company. Going to have to go through our bank to get a refund.

Ordered 3 Dr. Vranjes scent diffusers on the 23rd of May. So did my friends. It’s now the 3rd of July and no scent diffusers arrived, company didn’t reply to my email and I haven’t got a refund either. Total scam. My friend ordered the same and only sticks arrived but the whole description talks about the design of the bottle and the scent. He emailed countless times and no reply either.
Fraudulent and scammers. Be aware!

I’m very happy with my purchase! The furniture arrived on time, was well-packaged, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly like the photos and fits perfectly in my home. Customer service was also very helpful and responsive. I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

STEER CLEAR! Customer service does not exist, I am still waiting for a refund after I have reached out to them on 4 different occasions and been ignored. I now have to involve my bank to try and get my money back.

Absolutely shocking company ordered a bunk bed with cot enclosure on the 4th of may and received little to no communication from the company when I reached out I was told I would possibly be charged extra delivery charges as my post code falls outside delivery area but they advertised yodel which there is a depot in my hometown I have reached out several times since and have had no response from company.

I needed this shipped internationally very quickly and they made it happen! Will be back for sure!

Awful non existent customer service. Nelly hinged wardrobe with mirrors, 1 piece arrived broken- we have emailed them to ask for a replacement part but no response, 3 bits have holes drilled in the wrong place so they don't line up with where they need to go, and 1 puece is too short. Absolutely shocking quality control when they packed or checked it, and no response from customer service so we have a wardrobe we cannot put together. This is after it was delayed being sent out!

item arrived very well protected with no damage. there was initially some issue on the shipping cost. communication with kneepillow.co.uk was via emails. their emails corresponding response was fast and pleasant. in the end, kneepillow was very professional and kind to absorb the shipping cost. very great experience and appreciate their kind gesture. will definitely patronise again.

Helpful quick service lovely table

The parcel arrived and it is the right item I purchased. Delivery was delayed because of import duty protocols. I am so happy with the product.

It was easy 2 order well packaged & came reasonably quickly .Product is great love it great color lasts really well.

I ordered a tote bag and they immediately charged my credit card. Within a few minutes, they cancelled my order. They will not tell me why, nor have they refunded my credit card. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The product eventually arrived after a month. I got no notification from customs that the package had arrived in my country and needed my actions. Kneepillow support notified me of this after a negative trustpilot review. The parcel had only my delivery address on it, and no phone number or email address (which I provided when ordering) and the customs could not contact me. I did manage to clear the customs barely on time and eventually the package found it's way.

I've learned from previous experiences that the phone number and email address are important to include while ordering. But apparently sender and delivery companies don't always include them in the shipment slips.
