Chris, Ali and this small but highly professional team go above and beyond their customer service. A book I had been searching for nearly 20 years became available just before Christmas and arrived as a PDF from Australia. The PDF text was not brilliant but was improved, realigned, maps enhanced and any bleed through on pages dealt with and then turned into wonderful book for my Dad for his Christmas. The team made this all happen in literally days including proofs emailed and a designed cover as we had no idea really what the original would have been. My 86year old Dad finally has the missing book from his ‘list’ and for this amazing gift I received service and contact above and beyond and for a price that could so easily have been abused but was not in anyway.
I can highly recommend KMS Litho and will absolutely be returning with future business just on a lot less of a hurry up I hope
