They collected payment for a transfer
They collected payment for a transfer. Took my id and verified it. Sent me a transaction success in the app. Then they just closed my account . I called them for 2 days and then emailed them
. They replied saying after their internal review they closing my k money account and they refund my money. I'm still waiting for my money. Use at you own risk. They never pick up calls. Really poor and time wasting service

I have been trying to use this website and it’s so hard no directions, ok you want prove of address is utility bill the only prove of address in uk, one supposed to be able to use bank statements or house contract i have been trying to send money for 2days now no luck
