Shocking company with no compassion,this company take the maximum 36% with insurance claims,rude and very unhelpful,sent me to two foreign consultants one who told me if I continued to say my injuries were as bad as they actually are 18 months later then that would bring up a red flag with the insurance company we were claiming from,never sent me to have an mri scan,even advised me to settle asap,I am suffering from anxiety and depression so just took their advise,would i recommend ? Definitely not,sad really thou I will seek legal advise once I feel a little bit better with my mental health my back pain neck & shoulder pain is part of my depression & anxiety due to this accident I have even lost my business due to not being well enough to keep it running,big thank you to Catherine foster for your advise .0/10

Wish I came and read trust pilot before I signed with this joke of a company now I’m stuck with the joke of a company stay away if you can wouldn’t recommend to a monkey it’s like they get commission of the company who was at fault it’s like they are working for the firm at fault. Have the failure of working with these now wish I never heard of them or was contacted by them they have to be the absolute worst firm in the uk would highly recommend staying clear of these really people stay away
Terrible experience.
Poor communication and apparent lack of basic legal skills when considering the 'service' provided over the course of nearly 2 years.
I had an accident in May 2023, and I was injured, and my bicycle was badly damaged.
I received a call from solicitors to offer me help with the claim.
I'm glad I went ahead with KLS solicitors.
Soon after the accident, they sent me for many physiotherapy sessions. Which helped with my recovery very well.
Compared to NHS, I would have suffered for a long time waiting for the physiotherapy appointments.
I would like to thank all those who handled my case at KLS solicitors, especially Catherine Brown, who i felt sorted everything in the right order and was very polite and helpful whenever I called.

I had an accident at construction site in September 2018.
The defendant found me guilty of causing the accident.
It's been over 6 years since my lawyers from KLS LAW obtained compensation for me.
Some cases are hard to win and I wish you patience.

My reviews are same like other peoples whos cases are destroyed by that company.I been involved with lots of law firms and with my experience they are the worst of their KIND.STAY AWAY before you realize what a horrible mistake you have done.
Had a car accident back in August 2022 and decided to use this company to help me out I’ve never none a company like it sent me to doctors consultants had to see my nhs  consultant who said I needed a operation on my wrist Kls said he didn’t no what he was talking about you can never get threw never phone you back full of  excuses just take great care using this company

Where do I begin? Just like others here they are an absolutely terrible company, don't use this company. They dealt with my claim for nearly 3 years (the claim expired and is void if it goes over 3 years) and they messed my claim up Told me 3 months before deadline that they can no longer deal with it. Passed me to 6 different case workers. I had to repeat my claim to each case worker and resend all the emails which kept getting lost. Spent hours and days resending the same evidence of my payslips , doctor etc.......for an injury due to an RTA. Has to write their emails for them. Their medical support is a joke. Communication is appalling- they don’t contact you for months on end as well. They just forward you emails and ask you to reply. They also have treated me as if I was at fault and made me feel as if I had done something wrong when my claim was clearly genuine as the other side admitted liability and warned me if i continue with the claim I will be charged £25000 - £30,000 from them and the third party and also face imprisonment! They have left me at a loss and mentally scarred, despite a formal complaint which they don't take seriously. They have no interest in helping you - they only seem interested in avoiding incurring any costs themselves as they have now advised if I want to continue I will have to pay them an hourly rate. If you have a personal injury claim avoid KLS law at all costs!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Clearly we are all in the same boat with this useless company.
Don't contact you unless it benefits them. Really rude and clearly trying to avoid paying out on a very simply claim. Don't answer emails and don't respond to messages left.
I had four witnesses see a guy go through a red light and hit my car, and still this company failed to come through. They are useless. The occasional email was riddled with spelling mistakes and bad grammar; people's names spelt wrong, my name spelt wrong. Then they lost the doctor's report and sent me for a physio where all I got was asked to leave a review of physio I hadn't had! Twenty-first century, BS company. Ambulance chasers after their 30%. Chimps in pants would have done a better job.
