The scents smell really good. One bottle broke so I didn’t end up with all that I ordered. Don’t know if it was a packing issue or ruff handling from delivery driver.

I am fairly sure this is some sort of scam. They keep telling me my order has shipped. They have an AI bot to answer emails. The bot promised me a refund and the actual maybe human ignored that completely.
OH! They also have a subscription that is sneaky and they sign you up monthly without you wanting that so watch for that too.

Good, only issue was delayed delivery of products.

Very disappointing experience – Refund still not received

My order #KS645935 was placed almost 2 months ago, and I still have not received my order or my refund.

I have had to email their support repeatedly just to get an update. Most recently, I was told to wait another 24–48 hours for my refund. That time has now passed, and I still have not received my money or even a proper confirmation.

It should not take almost two months and countless emails to get a refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

At this point, I feel the way this situation has been handled is very misleading. I would strongly recommend that customers be cautious before placing an order, especially if they may need a refund.

It was a great experience. I received a complimentary bottle for a miscommunication very quickly and the best thing that happened came while I was leaving work after 8 hours. Three females complimented the fragrance and one asked where I was going.

I love the way this cologne smells. I will be ordering again.

The cologne smell was great but has a bit of an alcohol smell when first put on. But my biggest turn off was the delay in delivery. It took quite a while from order to doorstep.

They should consider a different shipping method it’s been 5 days since last update on shipping when I called the shipping company I got “sorry there is no update call the merchant for resolution” and no phone to call I hate sending pigeon emails take for ever to reply to

I had an excellent experience with Klone. I requested an exchange for a fragrance and I was emailed back a response in less than 30 minutes. They then granted my request without any question and made everything very clear. Their emails were very concise and clear and all around very professional. Other than the overall service these fragrances smell amazing and I recommend these colognes to anyone who wants to smell great for an amazing price.

I have purchased 4 bottles, they are genuine. They smell really good.

only cause the shipment and the mostly the delevery company was bad . 20 email and message cause they invented an adress then they argued with me about my address .
but the perfum smell great and i have a lot of compliment . 😀

Shipping within a week to my place, products as advertised! The scents actually do stay for a long time. I was skeptical, but this is my new supplier!

Rouge is more potent than souvage and aventus, it irritates my wife's nose, but i prefer the strong smell, so i keep it at work.

The bottles are not able to be opened though, so i have to Crack the necks to rack it into my bottles.

Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end. Barked OUD was not what I expected based on how this product was advertised. The fragrance I received smells NOTHING like the scent I was expecting, and even the appearance was noticeably different. The liquid in the bottle I received was yellowish, while the product displayed on KLONE’s website appeared much more orange.

But the product itself wasn’t even the most ridiculous part of this experience.

When I contacted KLONE to resolve the issue, I was told I would be responsible for paying the return shipping AND a $3.99 processing fee. So after receiving a product that I genuinely did not believe matched what was advertised, their proposed solution involved me spending even more of my own money just to send it back.

No thanks.

I didn’t return the product or pay their return shipping costs. Instead, I contacted American Express and provided them with everything: screenshots of my communications with KLONE, pictures of the bottle I actually received, and comparison pictures showing what was advertised on KLONE’s website.

After reviewing the evidence, American Express sided with me and refunded the ENTIRE charge.

The fact that I had to involve my credit card company to get a satisfactory resolution says enough about this experience. I tried dealing with KLONE directly first and gave them an opportunity to resolve the problem, but I was extremely disappointed with how they handled it.

Between a fragrance that didn’t meet the advertised expectations, the visibly different product appearance, the $3.99USD processing fee, being expected to pay return shipping, and customer service that couldn’t provide a satisfactory resolution, this whole company and experience felt like a joke.

Thankfully, American Express actually took the evidence seriously and resolved the issue.

KLONE lost a customer permanently. I absolutely would not purchase from them again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

The co-owner is messaging me back on email. Whenever there was any issues, so I really like this company and they really do get back to you. In a timely manner and they're expanding.

I Love how long the fragrance last. All day long I am spelling myself in a good way😂. Definitely a great purchase. Prompt delivery... I plan on ordering more!

The product delivered was excellent. Although it took longer than anticipated to arrive due to delays. An email was sent out to inform me of the situation. That part was great! Along with the tracking number I was able to easily monitor the process in real-time.
