I opened case 8206 after the account…

I opened case 8206 after the account page contradicted itself. The issue was that the request was marked solved while nothing changed. the chat closing mid-message was the bit that ended it for me. I noticed it because I checked both desktop and mobile.

search turned up Rainbow Riches but…

search turned up Rainbow Riches but tapping it threw an error and it wouldn't open. Tried on an ageing iPhone 8 and again in a browser, same thing.

Agent said they were 'looking into it', still nothing.
