Is this a scam!? So frustrating.
Ordered quite a few items, which all appeared to be lovely on the website. Paid, all details entered correctly, but after a while they didn’t arrive so I got in touch. Got a generic email to say it arrived (it hadn’t) and check with neighbours etc.
So money gone, no items arrived and just repeated emails. SO FRUSTRATING

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service of &klevering. I ordered several items, including 4 candle holders and a set of 3 candles. 2 candle holders came completely shattered, and one candle, despite being packaged, came broken. Such a disappointment, as the items are beautiful. They should have packed the items much more safely since they are clearly fragile.
Lightning-fast processing and delivery of the beautiful candle holder, and uncomplicated help with any issues with DPD. The delicate glass objects were very, very well and securely packaged and arrived undamaged, well-padded. I am extremely satisfied and will choose a DPD branch as my delivery address in the future.
Got some beautiful glasses. One was broken in shipping. A single email later they sent me a replacement, which arrived in just a few days. Very happy.
Bought a replacement lid for my butter float and Mirte from the Klevering helped me out super fast, efficient and friendly. Product is also super pretty and hope it will go with us for a long time. Would definitely buy there again!
I have placed two orders in one month and both times items were missing and not delivered. they just send an email saying: oeps, we don't have it anymore, not honouring the sale or offering an alternative and on top on that when you ask them a question via email they just ignore you if they don't want to answer. very bad service, no respect for their paying customers.
