As I wrote in the wrong box, but hoping you can rectify that.
I found the product quite satisfactory apart from the slowness the water was being delivered, but more importantly there should have been a sensor of some sort for the machine to stop before it overflows., This would make the machine a five star product but as it is now and with the majority of people always doing something in the kitchen while waiting for the cup to be filled has let the quality of this machine down.

Leaking Hot Water Dispenser - Reply with order number
The order number for this purchase is - #KR1183060
We recently purchased the Hot Water Dispenser, which arrived on the 11th March 2026. Unfortunately, the unit leaked water from beneath right from the first fill, after running the initial cleaning cycle suggested in the manual.
We thought that the problem may have been that the water tank was not seated correctly and persevered with removing and reseating the tank. However, the problem still remained. We then checked the drain plug and it was secure. The water is cold and it seems that the leak occurs whilst the unit is standing idle and not being used but can't be too sure of that. We sent the feedback to Kleva support requesting a refund and 2 weeks +since then have now had a reply.
