I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They quoted one price over the phone, but when they arrived, they added extra charges without proper explanation. When I questioned the discrepancy, they brushed it off as a "misunderstanding." Additionally, the technician who came to do the repair took a hose sealer from my property, falsely claiming it was his(come on it was 1 euro, grow up people). This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Also I heard many people had similar experience with this company. They are cheats who rip off people to earn money....
