Absolutely incredible customer service…

Absolutely incredible customer service and beautiful dresses!

I cannot praise Klasse enough. I visited their shop on Sunday and bought two pleated dresses because the one I bought last year is so comfortable and looks great. My husband even encouraged me to get more!I then ordered 9 more dresses online but accidentally placed the £318 order twice. I rang them the next day, and they sorted the duplicate order out in just two minutes. I got an email confirmation immediately, and the money was back in my account two days later! The dresses arrived today, and I am so excited for my fashion show tonight. They have made a stressful mistake completely hassle-free. A customer for life!
