Excellent service, clothes, Sad news of closure
We went to Studley Grange Garden Centre and was served by Mandy. She was friendly and professional. Normally we see Sharon, but she is on sick leave at moment who is also extremely friendly and professional. The quality of the clothes I purchased is excellent. The only downside was being told the concession in Studley Grange garden centre will be closing and the nearest Klass store is Gloucester. We are extremely disappointed as the service we get from Sharon and Mandy is excellent and the clothes are perfect for my needs.

The customer service was brilliant with a lady called Sharon at Studley Grange , Wroughton. Nothing was too much trouble , even when she was really busy working on her own. She seems to be passionate about the clothes & is always honest with her guidance. I ended up buying 2 tops within a few days of each other & became a VIP Member as well. She is a credit to Klass.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly
I shopped at Klass for the first time during a recent visit to England, it will not be my last.
After my purchase I changed my mind on the size of one of the items and it was changed the next day with a smile and no fuss..
I have subsequently shopped online which was efficient and on time.
This is how shopping experiences should be.
My only disappointment is that Klass do not ship abroad!

But when I got home and tried it on it didn’t look right on me so I returned it today for a refund but the lady that served me was so helpful and she recommended
A top and a dress I tried them both on and purchased them .
