Disappointing product, problematic customer experience

There was a deal to get 2 of the "RENŌ Colorful Standing Floor RGB Lamps" with the second one being 50% off.

Fulfillment was very slow. It took a lot of chasing and a couple of days short of a month to receive the items. The package was very beat up and a number of the tiny M3 set screws required to assemble the items were missing. Luckily I was able to find some at my local hardware store.

The lamps themselves required assembly. This wasn't at all clear in the product description and specifications. The light pole consists of three sections pieced together, so it's not particularly attractive.

The lamps do not include a USB power supply, so you will have to provide those yourself.

The LEDs themselves are very disappointing. The light output is very feeble and the "white" light setting has a faint yellowish tinge instead of being pure white.

I was expecting something akin to the Philips Hue Signe and this product falls far short of that.

cRazY LanTErN - skip kLarAkO

the lantern does not operate as it should. it turns on and off on its own and will change settings when I'm far away from the lantern . shipping was lethargic at best and customer dis-service folks want me to sit and take a video of the lap doing the crazy on/off. I'd avoid this company.

This is written in our refund & return policy located on our website on the product page, checkout, and the individual page. When you purchase from us, you agree to this policy. If we do not ask customers to submit a video as proof, there is no guarantee that the item is defective. We hope you are also able to see this from our side

Order MIA

Placed an order and was told allow 2-4 days for tacking to be active. Over a week later and no tracking or shipping confirmation. Now they say I could only cancel in first 24 hours. They have my money and i have no clue when or if I will ever receive my order. Shop with a more reputable company. Not these scammers.

Bought two lamps one works for now

Bought five of these lamps, one did not work. Klarako customer service responded promptly and a replacement lamp was sent IMMEDIATELY. These lamps are very nice, and are aesthetically pleasing. Very nice!!

The customer service detail on…

The customer service detail on answering questions and concerns is what I valued most. Has not been the case with 4 businesses i've bought frm via Facebook. I made a large order of 16 lamps for my bar and all came with the exact requirements I had specified as well as shipped in a timely manner. I'm impressed

Had a light not work upon arrival and…

Had a light not work upon arrival and was express shipped a new lamp free of charge. I'm pleased with how they handled that situation and both lights have been working for the past 4 months

One of my lamps came with a small…

One of my lamps came with a small scratch. I'm not sure if this was due to Klarako's packaging or SIngapore's delaying of packages (i've recieved damaged items in the past from Singapore customs). Either way, I expressed my concern and Klarako refunded me.

I am not sure why people complain about…

I am not sure why people complain about their order as I was given a tracking number and had whereabouts of the order the whole time. Shipping took 8 days to Ontario, California. Both crystal lanterns are gorgeous with very fine attention to detail on the design of hte product

Our Klarako Lamp stopped working after…

Our Klarako Lamp stopped working after 3 weeks. It is still within the 90 day warranty, but the company is dragging its feet and has not yet agreed to send a replacement lamp. Instead, they are stalling by asking for videos of the lamp and other unnecessary things.

Hi John, you are fully capable of getting a replacement as you are well within the 90-day warranty but we still need video proof. This is also stated on our product page, return page, and our checkout page. If we did not ask for video proof, anyone could claim a defective lamp and demand an extra product be sent over. We hope you understand our side to this. If you have a defective lamp, send over a video and if its in the 90-day warranty you can be sent a replacement or refund.

Bought 3 crystal lamps from a Facebook…

Bought 3 crystal lamps from a Facebook ad. Customer service messaged me letting me know there would be a slight delay due to my location. Ended up taking longer then I expected but the fact that notified me and were helpful with the process is why I give 5 stars. Plus, the lights are absolutely gorgeous!
