From the moment I enquired, the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very informative – they explained everything clearly and made the whole hiring process really straightforward and stress‑free.

This morning I was in need of a wacker plate for a 1 day hire. I messaged KJB Tool Hire Limited via WhatsApp with my request and within 20 minutes I was loading the wacker plate into my vehicle with a helping hand from the staff, after a comprehensive explanation on operating the plate.

The whole process of hiring was very straightforward from payment, ID checks and T&C's, the cost was cheaper than nearby national outlets, the staff were friendly and helpful. KJB are a small local business who provided a fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
Once I'd finished with the wacker plate, the staff were all too happy to help offload it out of my vehicle.

After being let down by a larger tool hire company, KJB stepped up and saved the day. They were easy to contact, clear and concise on the phone and were able to get me a last minute, same day digger hire at a rate that was better than the previous company. Highly recommend, took a weekend job on and came to 4pm when realised I needed to hire a tool, rang MJB who were meant to be closing at 4, they stayed open extra 35 mins which allowed me to get the job done on the Sunday. Thanks guys

Kjb tool hire is not a company I have used before but they offered a specific piece of machinery I required.
Their service was excellent. Prompt delivery service. Everything as it should be. Very trustworthy will definitely be using them again soon.

Hired a wacker plate for a day. By far the cheapest in the area. Good advice when booking. Showed me how to work it on pick up. The machine was nearly new and did a great job. Would recommend and use again. Great firm.
