I was excited about Kizo Kicks after…

I was excited about Kizo Kicks after seeing their first drop — the creative identity really stood out. After waiting over a year, I bought the Glow in the Dark Black Suede with Green Soles at full price.
Right away, the sole started separating from the upper (loose glue or stitching). This happened out of the box during colder weather, so it wasn’t from wear. I reached out multiple times via Instagram and email but got no response.
They do discount B-grade pairs for quality issues, which is good to know. This pair felt like it should’ve been in that category instead of full price.
I still like the design and want the brand to succeed, but this experience has made me hesitant on future drops. Which is why I haven’t purchased any other pairs… regardless wanting to purchase!
Just sharing so others know what to expect.
