Hide the ball

I purchased a pair of shoes and it appears they were final sale. The final sale information is not listed in the cart or anywhere after purchase. Going back to the website I noticed it is in black font under the fold (so you need to scroll down to see it on the phone after you have already selected a size). So it is very easy to miss. It seems deceptive and put there on purpose to miss. Most company’s use red font to highlight this information. I would not have bought the item had I known it was final sale. It doesn’t fit my son and now I can’t return. Horrible customer service on this issue as well. Didn’t even offer credit or anything for the company’s deceptive practice.

Returns are not easy!

Terrible return! Tried to use website to return an order. The website kept directing me to shop for something I liked and get a credit for the item I wanted to return. Emailed customer service and I’m still waiting for a response!

Don't Buy if You have a Bunion

I bought the women's Athens shoes a couple of months ago because I wanted a shoe better than Sketchers. At first these were comfortable right out of the box. Now I have begun to have rubbing on a bunion on my left toe. The top seam to the right of the laces is awful. I've tried to adjust the looseness or tightness of the laces to move that seam over a bit, but it just doesn't help. So if you have a bunion on either of your big toes, I would wear these every single day for the first month to see if they irritate. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with these shoes past the return. Unless you always wear socks, don't buy.

DO NOT BUY! BEWARE!

I wish I came to Trust Pilot first, because these shoes are absolutely the worst shoe after 6 months, DO NOT BUY! Customer service is horrendous too. They fade after a few months, and the company acts like they care in your first contact, then they say “ Sorry we can’t help you” I’d stay away and find another brand!

Have 3 pairs of shoes - no more!!!

Have 3 pairs of shoes. Loved the service and delivery and how good is it to slip them on easily!! However, (and it’s a big one) - they are falling apart!! I expect them to last 12 months with daily wear. Their sole lifted after 4 months. Boo -hiss. The support people said “That’s within normal wear and tear!!” Bloody hell I reckon it’s $10 per time I’ve put them on!!

Great shoes, wear out so so fast

I like these shoes, they are comfy, slip on easy, but man do they wear out fast. Hopefully they’ll one day make a design that lasts longer than a few months. If it weren’t for that, they’d be the best shoes ever.

Avoid Kizik

Avoid Kizik. I used to be on the Kizik bandwagon, but it's over. I purchased shoes at the end of December and received them in January. I started wearing them in February. In early-June, I started to notice that the arch support was wearing thing, but that doesn't bother me too much. The supportive inserts I can use. A week later, one of the heels stopped wanting to stay up. It wasn't consistent, but it was only one heel. Suddenly it went from failing once to failing nearly every morning.

Support was absolutely worthless. I sent them a video per their request, and their only response was to loosen my laces (which solved NOTHING nor approached why it would happen to one heel on a random occurrence). They also only have a 90-day warranty, not that it's listed anywhere on their site.

Basically I'm sitting here with $100+ shoes that are failing. I've expected more from cheaper shoes! A $100+ pair of shoes doesn't need to last 5 years, but I would expect it to last more than 5 months.

Kizik's response is basically that it's not their problem.

I will NEVER buy from them again not can I recommend them. The convenience is great but not at the price point.

What an amazingly shocking experience

UPDATE: if possible it gets WORSE. I couldn’t call customer service until Monday. At 11am eastern time.

I speak with a CSR and she says, oh, that notice on our website telling you it hasn’t shipped is probably a mistake. Let me check the VEHO (last mile deliverer website.

Ah yes! It shipped promptly. As a matter of fact, they made two unsuccessful attempts to delivery but couldn’t find your address.

I told her that’s IMPOSSIBLE. I get a delivery just about every day from FedEx, a UPS or Amazon. They find my address just FINE.

As a matter of fact, I just tracked my address on Apple Mals, Google Maps and Wayze and they all found my address in milliseconds.

So please, take your box back and forget that I exist,

Amazing.

—————————————————

What an amazingly shocking experience! I get an email promoting their new “London” style exactly a week before I am leaving for London. Seemed like a great coincidence. I was actually excited.

I placed the order on a Tuesday, with my trip scheduled for the next Tuesday after reading their shipment policies.

So here it is - straight from their website:

“Transit days do not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days”. I paid extra for two day delivery.

So they should have arrived 4 days or so from order date. They should have been shipped no later than Thursday, with a Saturday delivery. Ok, perhaps Monday if their shipper doesn’t deliver Saturday.

Today, my wife says “are you waiting for any other deliveries for our trip that I need to pack?”

And it strikes me, I not only haven’t received my shoes, but I have t even gotten a notice of shipment!

So I go online and check my order. It says it’s still in fulfillment. 4/5 weekdays including order date it still is in process - even though they say “Transit days do not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days”. If it’s still awaiting fulfillment on the Saturday before my Tuesday trip, there’s NO WAY they will arrive before I leave. So I will have to go to the mall and buy shoes from a REPUTABLE company.

Then I send them a customer service message. You can’t make this stuff up! They reply that responding to customer service inquiries may take time because of heavy volume of customer service inquiries!!!!!.

Seems like they screw up a lot of they can’t get shoes out when they promise and so many people write to complain about them for one reason or another that it takes a while for them to even respond,

I’m amazed,

Unstoppable, super comfortable for wide troublesome feet

I bought a Madrid mens mesh. I'm 185cm 125KG.
Wore them walking through Italy on rough cobble stone roads, doing 20KM per day for 14 Days (280KM)! No heel or toe pain which I normally get. Returned home, into washing machine on gentle cycle and they look new! Unbelievably good shoes! Wish their website was as good as their shoes though, hard to shop by filter and a bit slow.

I bought a pair at the new store at the mall of America. The retail service was excellent. I have only had them a short time but I can not tell you how much I love these shoes. They are excellent and super comfortable right out if the box.
I have severe and extensive arthritis and these shoes make walking easier on my knees and ankles. I am loving these sneakers. They are expensive .. but so is Tylenol and physical therapy.

Kisik...do not waste your money

2 pairs of sneakers 8 months old are totally shredded inside of heels. Outside of shoes and soles look brand new as I have not worn them that much. For $200+ they should last longer. No help from corporate in their response to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

2 months old and already wearing.

Only had these shoes for 2 months and already getting a hole in the back inside of the shoe. That is ridiculous for what they cost to not hold up better. I absolutely love them they are comfortable but will not be wasting my money on another pair due to them wearing so quickly.

Poor soles and customer service

Soles don’t even last a year with only occasional wear. Hole eaten through in the heel of both shoes. Customer service says that is normal wear and tear. I have never had that happen with any other shoes I have owned. Don’t recommend unless you are happy replacing multiple times a year.

Have tried to leave review on the site multiple times in different fashions and they apparently don’t want people knowing my poor experience as it says submitted but never publishes.
