Absolutely atrocious company. I've emailed them at least 10 times and haven't received a single response, despite them having taken my payment. I made a simple error with my email address and have tried multiple times to clarify the situation, but they've completely ignored all of my messages. At this point, I’ll have to go through my bank to request a refund. Truly shameful customer service — I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Do NOT book with Kiwi.com. This company is a straight-up scam. I bought two tickets that were clearly marked 100% refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before departure. I canceled more than 48 hours in advance, followed every single rule, and they are still refusing to refund my money.
Their so-called “refund policy” is just a marketing trick to lure people in. Once they have your money, good luck getting any of it back. Customer service is a complete joke – unhelpful, evasive, and clearly trained to wear you down until you give up. They hide behind vague excuses and don’t even try to explain why they’re breaking their own terms.
This is a predatory company that takes advantage of travelers. They lie about refunds, ignore fair cancellation requests, and treat customers like garbage. I wouldn’t trust Kiwi.com to book a bus ride, let alone a flight. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed.
Shame on Kiwi.com for scamming honest people and refusing to honor their own policies. I’ll be reporting them everywhere possible.

2 crates came without working parts, and when their renewal subscription emails went to my Spam, they just continued to charge me. I did NOT sign up for a year, I only signed up for 3 months.
Customer service is snotty and brusque. As well, one crate was far too difficult for my 6 year old. I would NOT recommend kiwico, based on customer service alone.

I spent $200 and did not receive a single crate. I have attempted to contact KiwiCo multiple times and their communication is incredibly poor but they will bombard you with promotional emails.

The only way I could get into contact with company was to make an international call at my cost. The customer service rep was appalling and said she would email me back. I have heard NOTHING.

The name KiwiCo is incredibly misleading as you would assume it is from NZ, it is actually a US Company that is incredibly difficult to get into contact with.

I was subscribed to Kiwico for more than a year and had received very nice service this whole time. After my last renewal I decided to cancel it for financial reasons.
I have never received my crate and it’s been 2 whole months. I contacted customer service after 3-4 weeks to let them know that my shipping link was not updating and that I had not received anything. They told me they would send a new one after I confirmed my info. I did and waited.
After another 3 weeks, no crate. I write another email, they tell me I never confirmed my information. I answer back with the previous email thread and since no more answer from the customer service.
I asked them to reimburse me, still no answer after a whole week!
This is highly unscrupulous behaviour.

My kiddo loves these boxes. Don't hesitate to buy the subscription box set.
The cust service was very helpful and responded quickly. The issue completly non transparent as to status of shipments. I should be readly see all packages shipped. That is frustrating.

Customer care is courteous, considerate and on the ball. Unfortunately I cannot review your crates as I do not have them, even though the tracking status describes them as delivered. Your courier service of choice is infamous, in the UK, for its poor performance.

Great customer service. Was upset with a first order and planning not to even deal with it but they proactively reached out to ask what happened and resolved it swiftly. I would consider their subscription based on this alone
