They contact me and solved the issue

Edit: they called me and solved the issue ! I received my order and they refunded the delivery fee. I really appreciate the prompt response and great service! The product is great too!

No response no item no tracking number is being more than a week and I have emailed them several times but no respond… is there any phone number I could reach out? Is very disappointing as I am unable to use my car until I get this item…. Please contact me if you see this order number 28569!!

part fit perfectly (VW wingmirror glass). Easy to find as was described effectively. Shipped really quickly. Highly recommend

Order: 28277
I ordered, and paid for some ABS speed sensor.
Received the first confirmation email, and no further communication. I have sent multiple direct emails and requests through their website - still no responds.
I start questioning the legitimacy of this website.
I hope they see this review, and at least trying to contact to resolve the issue.

Great Service

My son just bought his first car, 1998 Celica which needed new headlights. Thank you Kiwi Car Parts for making these available to us so quickly and for a very reasonable price. Packaging was great and postage fast. Will definitely be back for more bits as required
