Their slogan is "We hack the system" scammers

The slogan is "We hack the system". I feel hacked! They want to send me the documents that show they didnt cheat.... I dont trust those document. So sorry. I think it is a fraud and they cheat on purpose. NEVER use them again.
And they deleted my message on Facebook...

Do not buy with them!!

My flight was canceled 3 weeks before departure, I ask for a full refund and after 7months waiting for an answer they offer me a refund of 900$ when my flight was 1600$. They don’t give you any support, they don’t answer your messages in weeks… it’s the worse experience I ever have with any travel agency. I will never ever recommend this company! They steal people this should be unacceptable….

book ticket from frankfurt to kabul after a day it shows your ticket had cancelled refund 10euro but while I payed 1102 euro I have not even cancel it then I asked them send me proves says it is been cancelled and they said it us volontaires refund cancelled we can not provide any proof and I want my refund or rebook tickets please they scaming people we you asked something on the support they keep saying the same thing again and again told refund my money and they we have refund you 10euro ahah really how it work

no service, no support, no refund while Kiwi was refunded by the airline company

My flight was cancelled by the airline due to weather conditions and received a full refund.
I was instructed by Kiwi to cancel my reservation via the website before its departure, and after having airline confirmation in their system they will refund my money back.
Kiwi ignored its instructions and made me go through the airline (who confirmed that refund was done to Kiwi) back and forward.
Still they didn’t refund me for the money they received and didn’t support me at all.

Awful never use them !

Doncaster Airport, where I was due to fly from closed down. This company told me and I filled in the online form. I chose the option of receiving money back in 30 days as I needed to rebook another flight and needed the money back this cost me 17.00 which I was happy to pay as the other option was 3 months. This didn't happen after numerous messages and one phone call I have received a credit this is breaking the law as I didn't cancel they did as the Airport shut down.
Very unhappy and will never use this company again and advise anyone against using them as it should of been cash not credit.

Do not book tickets on kiwi. Nine months ago due to the epidemic, the airline canceled the flight and applied for a refund. Do not book! My flight was cancelled on January 1st because no travel in and out of Philippines due to tower issue. The app just looses me we are working on it and need more info. No live agent .

Kiwi got it and wrong and I paid the price

When booking 2 adult tickets and 1 child. 1 day before travel still not received check in, then after me contacting kiwi I had it sent. However the date of birth of my daughter was incorrect stating she was 6 months old not 2.5 years old. On contacting Kiwi I was told the same answer that it was my fault for incorrectly imputing her date of birth. However I was charged 3 full tickets, where 6 month old kids don’t get charged ( or a very small charge) to fly. On the day of our flight I had no choice to re book flights and pay a lot extra! A lot of stress and anxiety was caused. I then talked to a customer representative Joseph who noticed Kiwi mistake and said I would receive a refund. I have not heard back from Kiwi for close to 1 month. The blatant absence in reply after 4-5 emails is not customer service, it’s just unacceptable. Please admit your mistake! Do not book with Kiwi!

KIWI is a scam

KIWI is a scam. Dont give answers to the clients and dont refund our money.
Our flights, that costed 400€, were canceled on october by the company and KIWI refunded us now, and only 100€ in KIWI credit after we told them expecificaly that we wanted the money sented to our bank account
Dont buy from them, you will loose your money, your flight and no one will help you.

Never missed a flight? Try Kiwi

Worst experience ever. I never missed a flight, but thank to these guys and their great recommendations, I did for the first time in my life. Also, they are not able to fix anything as a third party.

WARNING DO NOT USE KIWI

Kiwi booked my flight through Frontier airlines. I checked in for my flight online, all seemed well. Showed up 2 hours early but turns out my flight had (a while ago) been rescheduled for hours earlier departure and Kiwi nor Frontier notified me. I later found out it was Kiwi's responsibility to notify me and they never did so I missed my flight! I went back and checked if getting notifications was an extra charge I declined because that is what these companies do is make it seem like a cheap flight but there are a ridiculous amount of add-ons you sometimes have no choice but to get. Turns out, Nope! Included with my price they were supposed to keep me current on any changes but never did. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL about the customer, only their money. I will NEVER use Kiwi again.

The worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
Okay I’m writing this review again after kiwi got my last review removed. I will not stop trying to tell the truth! I was going to Albania in September 2022 and my ticket got changed first the trip home and the day before we were going they changed the trip out and demanded a extra fee of 300 euros for a longer trip. I didn’t want to pay that much so I cancelled the trip and found another trip. Now they wrote that I can’t get my money back. That should not be legal!!!

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service!
Flight booked in feb 2020 … and we are STILL waiting for a refund. Spoke to airline and they refunded the amount in June 2020 but nothing from Kiwi.

Received an email from them a few days ago to tell me they have finally decided to pay the refund, and then another email today to tell me they sent an incorrect amount over as I have to pay €40 chargeback?! (Whatever rubbish that is) and my refund could take another 90 days!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Literally!

Hopeless to get a refund from Kiwi.com

I purchased a flight through Kiwi.com, which was cancelled by the airline. But rather than refund me the whole amount, Kiwi only refunded about 60%. When I repeatedly asked them to provide documentation for how they arrived at the precise amount, they played dumb and said something generic about the airline. Unfortunately you get what you pay for with Kiwi, and they'll squeeze money out of you whichever way they can, even fraudelently.

I booked a flight to Sri Lanka, the carrier canceled me a connection flight ABU DHABI -SRI LANKA and back, they didnt offer me an alternative. The fact is that, they didnt give me the money back. FLIGHT: BELGRADE-SRI LANKA, what I actually booked.
