Do yourself a favour and never book a flight via Kiwi - I certainly never will again. I booked a flight with Aerolineas Argentinas via Kiwi. The airline moved the flight time by 6 hours. I called the airline and they confirmed that I was entitled to cancel the flight and receive a full refund, however the refund request would have to be done via Kiwi - which is where my issues began.
First of all, Kiwi offer no telephone support whatsoever, so if you need to speak with an agent you can’t. I repeatedly requested to speak with them on the phone and they refused to provide a telephone number.
The only alternative if you want any help or information from Kiwi is to use their AI live chat. This simply copies and pastes the same information and does not actually assist with your problem.
When you request the assistance of a human, an agent from Kiwi’s Indian customer service centre joins the chat. This is no better however, as they simply copy and paste the same boilerplate corporate spiel without resolving your questions - they repeatedly apologise for failing to meet my expectations, without providing any explanation or resolution.
Long story short: I requested a refund of my flight two months ago via Kiwi (in circumstances which allowed me to obtain a full refund) and I have not received the refund or any further information from Kiwi at all. They refuse to clarify what is happening or when I will receive the refund. When I try to escalate the complaint they refuse to do anything at all and just repeat the same meaningless jargon.
Please do yourself a favour and don’t book via Kiwi, there are countless other agents like Booking.com or trip which provide a much better customer service and actually provide solutions when you have a question.

The company has significantly lowered the quality of its service provided over the years. Customer support is now almost nonexistent as they try to solve everything with a useless AI bot (Nathan X) that is trained to make you lose time, saying there is no solution to your problems. When you finally manage to connect with a real human support agent (allegedly), the situation is still super slow, and they try to delay the solution to your problem as much as possible, hoping that the customer gives up on refunds, support, and so on. It wasn't like that some years ago; support was real as they rescheduled a whole flight for me because of booking errors. Now I have been waiting months to get a refund for flights canceled (on due time from my side) because of a serious bereavement of first degree. They keep saying it's Ryanair's fault, even though in the third-party booking agreement is clear that the refund process is on Kiwi's side. The invitation rewards are scam (they never gave me the promised money for inviting new friends after completing all required steps), and all the transfer protections, which once were their great value addition, are just extra-paid services now, leading to that AI bot service crap anyway. Customers can just book the connection on their own directly on the airlines' websites, because the "enshittification" of Kiwi's service is just ridiculously huge.

Didn't give the discount they offered. Kiwi advertised a flight at 19 426 HUF which was a great deal compared to Ryanair's offer for the same flight at 20159 HUF and that's why I chose to book through Kiwi.com but in the end I paid the same price and might as well have just booked directly through the airline. Frustrated at having to create another account for nothing

I frequently travel from Vancouver to Mexico and this time everything went fine, however I canceled a flight on February 18th 2026 from Vancouver to Mexico less than 24 hours after purchased the ticket, I received a mail from you stating that the refund was going to be claimed to the Airline however this is the time I haven't received any notice from your Company.
I would appreciate your prompt answer.

The booking experience was good and I also got the airline tickets immediately.
Only concern is that my card details were not encrypted, even the cvv number was visible while entering and not otp was requested to complete the payment as per RBI guidelines.
