Formula change?

When the first jar arrived, it was orange! All previous taurine I purchased had been white. The next shipment the taurine is beige. Plus now it has a noticeable scent. Has the formula changed?

Still No Order or Refund

I order this product on April 28, 2026. It is not June 10, 2026. With much correspondence w/ this company's support I keep getting a goodwill offer of a percentage of a refund or I can get a full refund. Each time I ask for the full refund, and I get another email a few days later with a higher percentage, I'm now up to 40% refund still not a full refund. I totally believe I have been scammed. Please don't order this product.

Peace of mind

I’m glad to have found this company and I am happy with the results of this product my cats are showing a profound difference in their overall appearance brighter clearer eyes, softer shinier fur, energy levels increased, and we have not had any regurgitation since the first week that we introduced them to it. So far this is helping them to be happier and in turn makes us happier to know they’re getting a nutrient boost that is so vital for them.

New customer seeing positive results!

I’ve only been adding this to my cat’s wet food daily for about a week. I’ve noticed that his bowel movements are less runny and not as often which hopefully means he’s absorbing more nutrients from his food. I just increased the dose to 2 scoops instead of one and I am hoping to see positive results. I have tried several different products that provided absolutely no results so I am encouraged to continue using this!

My cats love the kitty sups. I can not afford them so I cancelled but they keep coming. Great product horrible listening skills. How do I get AI to stop sending me the supplements.

My happy cats

I was the proud human of four very sweet cats. Sad, I am down to three now. The oldest had his 16th birthday just before he passed away, which might be different if I had known about KittySups sooner.

His bonded mate is now 14. She was starting to head down the same path as he did when I found out the importance of taurine in feline health. As soon as I could, I put all three on KittySups.

They been enjoying their taurine supplement along withe dental blend for almost two months now and the improvement is visible in all three. Sharp, clear eyes, more energy to play, and each has trimmed down to a much healthier weight. Their fur wasn't good before but now they are shiny and soft; especially my fluffy girl. She had so many mats, but now, she's almost mat free. She's even allowing me to help her get the mats she can't get to early.

Thank you for creating this supplement for my fur babies. I'll have them for much longer, now.

Great

I’ve had a pretty good experience with Kittysupps. Great actually. The product was not cheap and it did not arrive very fast. But what a difference in my cats. Jane was vomiting every day and sometimes twice a day. I gave the cats the taurine, and on Day ONE she didn’t vomit. It’s been over a week and she vomited only one time since she’s had Kittysupps taurine. I’m grateful. I’m not looking forward to paying for all of this, and I hope they didn’t put me on a subscription. I plan to keep buying but I want to buy as needed. Thanks for solving Jane’s vomiting problem. I believe that all the cats are going to be healthier.

BUYER BEWARE

Buyer beware! First order took almost a month to arrive. Coming from overseas, it was understandable. Second order was NOT ordered from me, but KittySupps. They put me on auto subscription. Since I was planning on order more, I let it go. This time the product was coming from Illinois, not too far from Michigan. Following the sent tracking number, I expected item within a few days, but the package was sent back due to wrong address. After checking my account info, my address was correct. I contacted KittySupps. They offered a partial credit, which I contested. This went on back and forth to the point I contacted my card company to dispute the charge. This is how I got my $$ back. Also, I was charged shipping on a $68.00 order. Website says free shipping on orders over $50.00. I have since found other sources for taurine.

Fake Vet Endorsements and Sneaky monthly auto subsriptions - AVOID

I actually didnt plan on writing a bad review and actually told the company that I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but since they fought my very valid charge back here goes.

Purchased the suppliment after reading a very compelling online recommendation from a "vet" and immediately resonated with symptoms that the "vet" claimed that it solved. I impulse purchased and immediately after purchasing, thought, hold on, I should at least look up the company first to see if they are reputable. What I found absolutely astounded me - The "vet" review I read was completely fabricated and the "vet" and clinic she "worked for" did not exist.

I immediately within 30 mins emailed and requested to cancel my order. More than 24 hours later, my order was "sent" followed very quickly after with a "Sorry we cant cancel - We already sent your order" reply email. At no point was I advised that i could simply return it when it arrived.

Furious, I submit the credit card charge back which I found after over a month (Standard process) was won by the company.

I also after 1 month was sent a 2nd lot of the product because hey, they decided to put me on an subscription anyway even after I cancelled the first order.

So sorry, but for fighting the chargeback, here's what your company deserves. Extremely dishonest company using fake vet and clinic testimonies to promote their product (would you really let your loved cat ingest a product from a company like this?). Also puts you on sneaky "monthly plans" with completely hidden auto subscriptions.

Avoid at all costs. I am absolutely disgusted with the practises of this company.
