Bought a unit and a filter subscription. My subscription charged me two weeks ago for the next filters but nothing has appeared. Contacted Kittyspout and they told me it he filters are on back order and will be for another 14 days but they've taken my money. Where was the communications to tell me that, why do I have to ask them where my order is. This is basic customer service. Not impressed at all

I needed tosend itback as my cat would have nothg to do with it. There was no way I could put it into the tight ,small package and all I got was more letters and a runaround from your ladies. There was no help and I still have it stuffed in the package that won't fit and can't return it.. I would never recommend your compamny.In fact wrote a note on facebook warning people.

My cats love the kittyspout fountain. It is easy to clean. Holds a lot of water. Just change 2 little filters. Was delivered on time. Glad I have it.

The fountains are pretty easy to clean. Sometimes the motor gets clogged and doesn't work the best.

I opened and installed the Kittyspout fountain and my cats loved it immediately. I highly recommend this fountain and hope to eventually replace all my cat fountains with Kittyspout.

It's great. My cat drinks more. It's so quite. Such a good product. The best I've brought so far. Hopefully the last one

STOP!! SENDING ME, KITTY SPOUT FILTERS. THE SPOUT BROKE IN JULY 2026. SO PLEASE DON'T SEND ANYMORE FILTERS. PLEASE!!!! DON'T SEND KITTY SPOUT FILTERS.

I have ordered a fountain back in July i have not received yet but I have had to cancel 2 filter orders not happy with the service still waiting to this day for my cat fountain this is my complaint

My cats love it! They drink water more often than before

I have had the spout for two weeks and my cat wont go near it. I decided to try for one more week before contacting you. I have not forced him at all

I ordered and received my Kitty Spout water fountain in very quick order. I like the product and my cats have taken to it in very short order.
HOWEVER, one day after receivin my product I get a notice of a new charge on my card, setting me up with a monthly prescription for filters and other items. I did NOT order these items and I have looked over their add where I ordered it and I can not see anywhere on the site that I automatically sign up for a monthly subscription when purchasing one of their products. this is a growing trend with many online companies, forcing you to hunt through their websites for some tiny microscopic print, to cancel a subscription, only after they've stuck you with at least one extra charge before you find it. Should be illegal. Why can't you put it in the same print/font, on the front page of your add.?? Give customers the option when they order.

My cat loves his kitty spout. He drinks more often and the fountain really helps motivate him to drink more water.

Best way to have my cat drink water - the correct method for them and peace of mind for me.

It took a little while at first but now both cats love it. Such a good idea! x

We found it pretty easy to set up. All 4 cats love the new toy, absolute winner.

In terms of Kitty Spout, Obviously Baz was resistant at first but became curious as I left it off to start with on day 1, whilst keeping the other water bowls on display so not to make any shock changes and help them adjust slowly.

Day 2, I tested the sensor mode for a few hours to see the reaction I would get. They seem to get close but wary and curious, not as much interaction so far.

Day 3, I left sensor mode on. Baz is now actively drinking from Kitty Spout and using the other water bowls. The other cats are still shy and not adapted to the change yet. The change from still water to flowing water is not immediate but change begins to show. Let yout cats get used to it in one place, don't change its location too much.

Early days for now but good progress so far 😽👍

Delivery 10/10 Nothing damaged, All parts accounted for.

Product 10/10 Easy to set up, the instructions are easy to follow, just make sure to give spout and 2 lids a wash with clean water to remove any carbon from transportation.

Quick tutorial:
1. Fill with clean water to the max level 2. Add your plastic lid
3. Place filter, followed by the cotton pad on top.
4. Fit metal lid on top.
5. (Make sure to charge beforehand) Place the water pump into slot and click in place.

I first thought I had a defective one because I couldn’t get the water to come out. I went to utube and found more detailed instructions and found I needed to press the start button and then press and hold and it started immediately.
Now I just need to get my older cat interested and my 1 1/2 year old to stop playing in the water.

Love the product but Shipping takes too long to receive.

I feel better knowing they have fresh water.
