THis was a nightmare!! product didnt come for over 3 months then had duties attached to it. AUTO SUBSCRIPTION enforced before even one morsel had been tried by my cat and then 4 orders are on line but $175 and not one received.

So easy to communicate and order supplies for the kitty spout fountains. A very easy ordering process.

My cat likes it, and it's easy to maintain. Can it really get any better than that?

Good morning when I receive my order I said to myself our cats get to drink filtered healthy water. Everything was in my order. The bottom of the pan that holds the water was dented in two places before it was even boxed. As a quality control engineer to me this was unacceptable. This should have been scrapped out and never left your facility. Does it's affect the function no. Does the top fit on the base yes. So it's a cosmetic issue being in engineering it's about form, fit and function. Would I like a base replacement sure.

I thought I had a problem and got a quick response. It wasn't the correct one, but it was quick. The first response should have been, is there sufficient water in your tank? Turns out that was the problem. I also had to go online to find out how to dissemble the pump to clean it. Once I found a helpful site, I was able to get it all clean. All is now well.

Kitty Spout makes it easy to pick the best watering bowl. The subscription service for replacement filters is always on time. My cats never been happier.

Great product! I ordered this ahead of adopting my two cats so it was already here when they arrived and they took to it right away. Neither particularly looked for the actual running water spout so I changed it from the sensor to the timer feature so the water still circulates but I'm not wasting battery life anytime someone walks by the bowl. With that said, the one thing I would love to change is I have no idea when the battery in this is going to die/need recharging so a better warning indicator light would be helpful. But otherwise I have zero complaints.

I enjoyed they're product, it's safe for my cat, and it's really easy to maintain as a busy person. Even when I did have some shipping concerns I reached out and got a response within 24 hrs, they sent me my package within a few days and even sent me a message to make sure I received my package. As a customer, my money didn't go to waste.

We actually use ours for 2 small dogs. Yours was the only 1 we found the worked and did what it said it would do. Our dogs love it. Not exactly used for intended purpose but I wanted the best for my dogs.

Right now it's early on in gracelyn's experience with the kitty spout, so right now she's going at it easy I'm hoping she picks up on that, as it seems to be a very fine piece of equipment

It was very easy to set up and the cats seem to love it! Also, the kitty's love the little surprise that came with the package!

My cats are really enjoying their kitty spout. However, the filters I ordered the box were so badly damaged I was actually shocked to see that. None of the filers were bagged up, they were just thrown in a box together. Was not expecting that.

It didn't take Rocky too long to get used to it and now he loves it. When the fountain arrived it had a small dent, but not noticeable. Also there is room for improvement on the tracking.

Kitty Spout is expensive because of all the filters that are delivered frequently along with toys which may be suitable for some more playful cats. It seemed a great idea which is why I bought one. However, my cat won't drink from the fountain except very rarely at best. Another cat from the neighbourhood comes into the house and drinks from it though!!
