Minus 3 stars because it crapped out after 1.5 years. So I’m expected to buy a new one for $90 every year and a half?!
I clean it weekly, replace the filter every other week. I put filtered water in it. Very disappointing.

My kitties love it!
My kitties love it. They used to want me to turn on the bathroom faucet for them and I would forget to turn it off. Now they have fresh water on demand.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. I’m not especially happy or unhappy with the kitty spout. It is working. I haven’t yet seen the cats drink from it and the water level doesn’t appear to have gone down. I’m looking forward to when the cats drink from it more and let me watch.

Bought a Kitty Spout for our 7 dogs and they loved it so much bought a Doggy Spout. Can go wrong with one of these water dishes. Also receive filters once a month.
