Before you buy a Bluetooth speaker….

Had 2 BB 30’s and each one just fails. So I bought a new one. Two months in an it dies. Tell customer support (a term I use VERY loosely) and it’s in summary not their problem and they close the case without a resolution. For a company based in the uk I’d expect better. Turns out these were discontinued some time ago, probably like a lot of other stuff they sold that never lasted past 3 months. So it’s a battery powered item that’s old, old stock. Save up more and buy Sony or go to a car boot sale and make your own it’ll be more reliable. Uk company with quality of that from the worst part of the far east. Zero care given from this company.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered a MYFM3 Bluetooth and USB To FM Transmitter at the end of September and I haven’t received this item, or had any email communication. I have emailed Customer Service and not had any response. No contact phone number for them. They have basically stolen £29.99 from me.

No customer service

No way of contacting by phone. No response to e mail, contact form or Instagram.
Web site says you can connect a Diggit 2 speaker to any other Diggit speaker.
That is not true. Digggit 2 will not connect to the original version.
The charge port on the Diggit speaker is incredibly flimsy. The central contact has broken off on two speakers rendering them unusable.
Spend your money elsewhere with a company that cares.

I have a Kitsound DAB Jive Radio

I have a Kitsound DAB Jive Radio. Contacted Kitsound Friday as the cable connecting the radio to the electric socket broke. Kit sound emailed stating they “do not carry spares or replacement components, we are therefore unable to offer any repair or service option.” Brilliant lack of service as the user manual says you should only use the supplied adaptor, one would think that if this failed you should be able to purchase a replacement.Thank goodness they do not sell heating boilers.

I purchased a pair of Race 15 Wireless…

I purchased a pair of Race 15 Wireless earphones and they worked very well for two weeks! They then didn't work at all. I have tried to email the support kitsound.co.uk however they have just ignored me. Very frustrating and so annoying. I won't be buying anything from this company again.

Non existent customer service

The products are good - when they work. However, when something goes wrong, you need support from customer service - which is non-existent!
I first bought products from Kitsound when they were a great independent based in Christchurch, Dorset and they were brilliant to deal with.
Now the company has been sold to a bigger group that couldn’t give a toss about its customers.
Strongly suggest you spend your hard earned with a company that deserves your custom!

kitsound fraud brand

i bought funk 35 pods from very, very told me any issue with the item i have deal with manufacturer, I have raised my concerns to kit sound last week and up until today, I have exchanged more than 20 emails however matter is still unresolved and they asked me the same question provide purchase confirmation which I did more than 10 times.
I believe they are a fraud company I will raise this to the local consumer office and citizen advise bureau so they will put banned on their business.

Pealing is unappealing.

Sound quality is okay although connection is choppy. But I can no longer use as the ear covers are pealing badly and bits of plastic are going everywhere.

Shocking Customer service !! They don't care faulty items

Avoid have emailed and called they don't give a damn about customer service Shocking Customer service
1st pair the fake leather plastic peeled

so they were good at replacing them but now the 2nd pair has done the same they can not cope with heat or something but the plastic on the hearing cups just peals off

this time I have sent twitter and raised a ticket but they are completely ignoring me.

I thought they were a good company But not anymore and I would not recommend this brand or company to anyone and have already made my opinion public.

Unsuitable KitSound airline bluetooth

I bought a KitSound airline bluetooth adaptor at the end of June to avoid having to use wired headphones on aircraft when going on holiday. When I boarded the British Airways Boeing 777 (a common uk aircraft) I found that the adaptor could not be used. It has 2 fixed pins, and the aircraft has a single socket. There is no mention that this device only fits certain aircraft on the website of the companies selling it. I have looked on KitSounds website, and they no longer sell this device. It has been replaced with one that can be used in aircraft with single or twin pin. Clearly, they know they had a problem with the first adaptor which is for sale on mainstream websites and in stores. When I contacted them and asked for comments, they just referred me to their terms and conditions on warranty, or suggested I take it back to where I bought it. They offer ZERO SUPPORT !! Only buy this product if you don't mind it not being able to be used on all aircraft. Luckily, the retailer that sold it to me understood the issue and refunded me. KitSound were not interested

Awful Service from Kitsound

It's disappointing to have to give this review. Previously I have bought 4 KS Cube speakers (2 for friends as presents).
My wife bought me a KS Boomcube for Christmas but when tried on 31st Dec. it didn't work properly.
AO had supplied and they just pushed the problem at Kitsound(also appalling service).
I spent time filling in the form on Kitsounds site (their telephone system was non-functioning, when pressing the key for the extension their system said it didn't exist??) which took time and .............they simply haven't bothered to reply!
As mentioned previously I liked my previous KS speakers but it's obvious service is totally lacking so my friends will receive other speakers in the future!!

Great sound quality

I just managed to get a Hive 2 for £15. Had never heard of kitsound before, but I will buy their products again now. I am really impressed with the quality of sound considering it's not a bigger speaker. Ideal size to take places, it seems very sturdy. I can't see why there is such a negative review here? It really does have a good sound. Hence taking the time to write a review for it.

I cannot agree with the previous…

I cannot agree with the previous reviewer I had a Hive2+that became defective and I could not provide a receipt as I have this item for over two years was out of warranty, I only use this item a couple of times but Kit sound were absolutely fantastic. Matthew sent me a voucher to 50% off any item within the next 12 months. But not only was it for one item, it was for two . I am extremely impressed with the service from Kit sound and I would highly recommend their products to anyone as they do have a fantastic sound
