Friendly, Fast and super efficient
Umut was super friendly. I wanted to order the Muslin ducks and there was none in stock, as soon as it arrived in store I was emailed and was able to place my order. I then received the ducks the very next day (I live in West sussex) I could not have asked for better service. 10 out of 10 for how fast and efficient Umut is.

Order only if you have looots of time to waste
I have ordered sleeping bag for my little son. The order process was smooth, however the issue was that it was sent from UK to EU country. That have created some delays and additional admin process (customs). However I got an amazing support and help directly from the store. The issue was addressed in very professional manner and I would like to say - I wish I would always receive such a customer care, I can only strongly recommend;)

I first came across Kitikate when a friend gifted my son with some clothes from here. I absolutely loved the quality and the designs. I then ordered some more stuff from their sales and I’m pleased with my purchase and how quick delivery was.

Went above and beyond!!
Amazing service!!! They went above and beyond for me. I purchased a last minute gift for a baby shower and sent an email asking if they could possibly include a note with it since it was being sent directly to the mother-to-be. They put the robe in a nice envelope, and made a beautiful card with a custom message written by me, and even sent it as next-day delivery to get it there on time! Literally the best!!! Can't recommend enough!
