As some others said, you may only know the item is not available the day after having pass your order! They refund me and told me about that:Our site isn’t sophisticated enough to catch all inventory changes…So inform you if the item is available before to believe what you see and lost your time like I did.

Most resourceful place I could have shopped at. They have everything I need and more. When I had a question, they responded right away, eliminating wait time to proceed. Price doesn't matter when you have great customer service and a reliable team to fall back on.

Quick response, but website lacking stock availability
The sales team was quick to reply and follow up on email questions which was appreciated. However, I was surprised that the website product pages were not able to show out-of-stock and that stocking issues had to be communicated through post-sale email.

Hi Mac. I'm glad we were able to reply and follow up on your questions quickly. Regarding the online "in stock" issue it's unfortunately a difficult part of the business to keep current. Since we ship directly from so many vendor's warehouses it's hard to continually link their inventory into our system. We are trying to get better at it, but nothing is perfect in the e-commerce world.
