I have quite a large kitchen which would cost a small fortune to completely renew. My brother in law got Kitchen Wrapper to do his kitchen and we were very impressed so sent a message asking for a home survey to Kitchen Wrapper. Lorraine was brilliant at showing me ideas with the colours I had in mind. A very easy transaction, I paid a small deposit and the work was carried out by a number of wrappers who did a fabulous job for me. I would not hesitate to contact Kitchen Wrapper again, a very good finish & fantastic workers. It was also a really great price.

For anyone still unsure about wrapping your kitchen, trust me, I was the same. Moving in recently with my partner and rather than getting each Xmas presents, we decided to do the kitchen for me to put my own mark on it and we choose kitchen wrapper for this. We needed new doors and went for worktop wraps aswell. The worktops look just like new with the wood effect we picked. To say we are delighted is an understatement. I would say go for it if you are on the fence like I was and get the kitchen wrappers in.

Do not use this company. A 3 day job turned into a 9 day + job. Poor workmanship. 2 hours late on first day despite me explaining I had to get to work, so make sure you book the whole morning off. Multiple no shows on arranged return visits. Units and wrapping left damaged. Hob and sink not installed safely or correctly. These issues were all raised with them and after promises to fix I ended up having to fix myself. I then had to get the police involved to get my keys back. Once the police established that they did have my keys I requested that they be dropped off or posted to me which they did not honor and decided to hand them into the police for me to go and pick up on my own time. Avoid at all costs. Alex also called me a pr**k on the phone.

Reply: I Was more than accommodating with the delays as I am a contractor myself and I am more than aware that they happen. What I was unhappy with was the constant no shows after promises and guarantees that engineers would be there. And the fact that the snags were ignored.
I did not pay the remainder of my bill because I ended up fixing the sink, hob and damaged cupboards myself. I also do not have a splash back, and my old oven and hob are still in my spare room despite part of the contract being the uplift and disposal of them. I did not expect to be "ran about after" I only expected yous to do as agreed. Yous were entrusted with my spare keys therefore it was YOUR responsibility to return them to me. Not drop them into a police station or expect me to collect them from your depot.
Also I have the texts messages saying the keys would be dropped in Mon 22nd or Tues 23rd of Dec, which they weren't. I then messaged you on the 24th stating that if they weren't dropped off that day I would have to involve the police as despite numerous promises yous still hadnt drop them off. I then waited 2 weeks before contacting the police giving yous yet another chance to just stick them through my door over the Christmas period which yous chose not to do. And now you're salty because I've written an accurate review describing my experience in dealing with yous. Happy to post all the screenshots and pics to prove this.

Just had my kitchen done by Kitchen Wrapper and I feel like I’ve walked Into someone else’s house. I can’t believe the difference. They have done an amazing job turned my tired kitchen into a moderate one exactly how I dreamed it would look. Had the pleasure of Stephen doing mine he was friendly, tidy and hardworking. No mess at all left. Would highly recommend. Thanks again team 💪🏻

wanted to change our kitchen but we cant change the layout. We were not paying the money for a new kitchen with the same layout so we just changed the colour by getting our kitchen wrapped and what a difference. Can't thank the team enough. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Amazing work carried out by the guys, I am a nightmare to do any work for and they really made the process so much easier for myself and I couldn't fault any the work they carried out. Very happy with my new kitchen

I am in a housing association and my kitchen was to get wrapped well this company came out to do it well was meant to be done in 4-6 hours wasn’t even done in 8 and the standard was abysmal brought it up with my housing association they contacted the company they came out to rectify it but was a different fitter ohh and guess what still a shambles this was about 8 months ago nothing else had been done and the units are delaminating which shouldn’t be the case and the guy had the cheek to post all over fb and social media about being the best terrible company even worse workmanship better at playing hide and seek as thy havent bothered to fix or do a job right

So following on from there reply so because its a housing association and not privately paid for that you do a terrible job and not the same standard it’s terrible youse couldn’t fit the kitchen back to how it was doors cornice the lot the wrap is peeling there are bumps everywhere so it’s my right to let people know
Not to use your company

I was so tired of looking at my missmatched kitchen, so i started looking at new kitchens, and couldn't believe the price! This made me worried that I couldn't get my dream kitchen..... until I found the kitchen wrapper. The service was so friendly and accomidaing from planning, to the actual work. Nothing was pushy, which i love, as that puts me off. This company literally transform your space. It looks like a brand new kitchen, for a fraction of the price! My Family and friends are now wanting to copy us hehe. To say we are over the moon is an understatement. The team work so hard to make it perfect for you. We have had a gorgeous Christmas in our stunning new kitchen. Thank you so so much.

We found the team at kitchen wrapper really decent to work with the main thing I liked was they were just normal guys out doing a hard days graft and that’s what they did just put in the hours to get it done

Just got my completed kitchen wrap finished absolutely over the moon with the results .from visiting the showroom room speaking to Lorraine there was no sales pressure the work was completed within 2 days step by step updates on the job would highly recommend.

They done a great job looks like a new kitchen when they finished, kept me informed with everything they were doing cleaned up after themselves and done within a day amazing .

Just got our kitchen done and absolutely love it. Iain and the guys were meticulous and left us with a kitchen that looks straight out of a showroom. They even discovered and fixed a dodgy electrical connection from a previous tradesman. For the price, updates from Lorraine, guidance i got on colours when i went to their premises, workmanship and end product.....it was a flawless experience . I would happily use them them again and recommend Kitchen Wrapper to anyone.

Everything from Lorraine coming out to price job, to Ian & Brendan wrapping the kitchen was great. Even the plumber came back out late to fit my sink just to get the job done (sorry! But appreciated). My kitchen looks brill I’m really pleased with it all the new doors look so much better than what they were. Will be recommending you guys to anyone looking for a kitchen refresh :)

Had my kitchen wrapped last week and I can’t get over the results, was hoping to get a new kitchen but bumped into one of the guys while working across the street from a job they were in and they showed me there work, so I got booked in and they completely changed my kitchen so happy with the results highly recommend

Outstanding service and outstanding job from an outstanding team . Full credit to all involved . In particular Lorraine who's level of care + communication was exceptional. So pleased with everything. Well worth the money . Don't hesitate to call them.
