Terrible delivery experience due to poor communicatiion
Ordered many weeks ago and happy with the estimated delivery date. That date arrived and despite their website saying I would be notified before, no email or phone call. So i decided to phone and found out my delivery is not overnight but over 2 nights. So i was advised that my order will be here tomorrow, but I should phone again in the morning to try and get a delivery time. less than 2 hours later 1 part of my order arrives with the kitchen warehouse did not tell me about. The owner phoned me as requested but mainly to say he was at the mercy of the delivery firm. WHich was not my concern. My concern was the lack of communication and lack of knowledge about when parts or all of my order would arrive. I will update this as things progress and comment on the rest of the delivery and the quality etc of the goods.The owner has said someone will contact me in the morning to advise me of the delivery slot.Hopefully they will find a way to make this a better experience.
