The service from Kitchensinc can only be described as excellent. Right from the start the advice I received from Natalie helped me make sure I was getting just what I wanted. The delivery was exactly as advised and the quality of the units are the best I have fitted in a self-fit kitchen and so easy and quick to put together. Top quality all round and I will now always make Kitchensinc my first choice. Highly recommend to anyone intending to purchase a self-fit kitchen.

I had my kitchen refreshed new doors and draw fronts and handles Chris sorted out all the measurements explained the different designs and then helped me get a fitter who was excellent the work was done with the minimum of fuss and looks gorgeous! Best Wishes to Kichensinc from Amanda Howard

Chris planned our kitchen with care and flexibility. He went out of his way to accommodate our often changing requests and we are delighted with the results. The fitting was carried out to a very high standard and again our requests were met at every stage. We are also delighted with the flooring which was fitted to the highest standard. Faultless. Chris is the epitome of how customer service should be - helpful, considerate, imaginative and totally customer oriented. The kitchen looks beautiful, is made to top-of-range standards (including the bespoke elements I requested) and was all delivered promptly and courteously.

My wow kitchen has been achieved from the amazing help and great ideas I received from Chris. I wasn’t sure which colour units I wanted and after Chris’s patience showing me different colour, I went for Anthracite Shaker units, which is a colour I hadn’t considered and together with white sparkle granite worktops it looks amazing!
He also organised my flooring which made it look even more amazing!
He also designed a utility area in the rear of my garage, which was better than I expected.
If I had any problems or queries, Chris was always on hand to help!
I would definitely recommend Kitchensinc if you need a quality kitchen with the wow factor.

After wasting far too much time trying to find a kitchen on the sites of the multiples I found Kitchensinc and I am so pleased that I did. I emailed a scanned (very) rough plan to them and I was contacted by Natalie very quickly with a couple of questions. After that it has just been plain sailing. The same afternoon Natalie provided a very competitively priced solution which I ordered on Thursday and it was all delivered the following Monday on time. I am very pleased with the quality of the goods and the kitchen fitters have been very happy installing them. All in all, a very refreshing experience and highly recommended.

We are so glad we found Kitchensinc - Chris gave us excellent and competent advise and was extremely helpful with all the many questions we had - friendly and efficient service and communication throughout. The delivery time was only a few days - the speed is unbeatable. The quality of the kitchen is wonderful, the doors have a premium solid wood feel and the soft closing feels also really premium. We are absolutely pleased with the result - Highly recommended!

I worked with Chris on a complicated small kitchen design. He was insightful, responsive and professional. Enjoyed working with him and shipment was spot on and he was really good at the after sales aspect where he supported my kitchen installers during their install process.

Recently purchased a replacement kitchen from KitchenSinc and cannot praise them highly enough. From the initial site visit to discuss the layout, through the design and delivery Chris kept an eye on everything. We had a few little niggles along the way but all were sorted promptly.

My kitchen is now almost a year old and I am still delighted with it. The service given by Chris and the Kitchensinc team was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and I was kept in the loop all the time. When my fridge stopped working shortly after the start of lockdown Chris stepped in, lent me a fridge and quickly organised an engineer and then a replacement. A big thank you to you all and I have already recommended you to my friends.

Excellent customer service!
One thing they did that stood out to me was, they realised that I made an error in my order. I order x amount of doors in a particular colour bar one door. It was obvious that it was a mistake and someone kindly emailed me to inform me of the error and amended the order on my end. I think it is very obvious that they have the customer’s best interest at heart and are willing to save us the extra headache in a renovation process. We really appreciated the human element. Thank you! We have had our doors for over 6 months now and they are great quality.

I used Kitchensinc a couple of years ago to replace my old kitchen doors with some gloss white handleless doors. Kitchensinc were way more competitive in pricing than all other suppliers I came across and also really really nice to work with. Doors arrived quickly, without any sign of damage, and were exactly what we imagined. Highly Recommended!

Absolute 5* service from start to finish.

We only actually required HALF a kitchen from Kitchensinc as we we're given the first half from a friend (it was in tip top condition.) The idea was, replace our original kitchen that was literally falling to bits for a cheap make do one, until we could afford a full, brand new kitchen when we have our extension.

Meaning, Chris had a task on his hands as we were basically asking him to work miracles and match as best he could to what we were given. The results...

AMAZING. He visited us to have a good look at what we needed, measured up, told us exactly what we would need to get maximum storage in a mediocre space. The units we have ended up with, you can't actually tell they are different to the first half as the colour match is spot on. We advised Chris of our budget (which wasn't much!!) and he made it work! We are honestly made up with the results. And given that this wasn't a substantial job in any means to them the attention to detail and service we received was honestly second to none.

When we get the extension completed in the next 18 months we will 100% be going back to Kitchensinc for our full on dream kitchen.

Cannot reccommend them enough.
