I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and utility provided by Emma. The attention to detail was second to none. Emma spent almost 2 hours with us on our initial consultation, ensuring every little detail was accounted for, and that continued throughout our consultations. Nothing felt rushed, and we really felt we were looked after.

Emma really took onboard my vision, but also offered both practical and functional ideas that have made a huge difference. The quality is excellent, and everything was finished to a high standard.

I'm extremely pleased with the final finish. It looks fantastic and works perfectly for our needs. I would highly recommend this family run company to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled kitchen specialist.

A very professional and personalised experience from the first visit to completion. Emma was able to offer advice how to include many of the things on our wish list and Stuart the kitchen fitter was able to build around an awkward boiler and create a great feature larder cupboard. Many thanks to Emma and the team, we are delighted with the results.

From the very first meeting with Emma and her team I knew we were in good hands. They listened to what we need and guided us through the whole process,explaining everything as they went along. Then it was the design of the kitchen which brought our wishes there on the computer screen for us to see our kitchen as it would be. Cannot recommend Emma and her team highly enough. They really do go the extra mile to bring your vision to reality. Stuart the kitchen fitter had the task of installing the new kitchen and his workmanship was superb. Absolutely a pleasure to have in our home and his skills are beyond reproach. If ever I move and require a new kitchen designed and fitted there is only one company that I would deal with and that is Emma Reed.

i stumbled upon “Kitchens by Emma Reed” by chance.. we were in the market for a new kitchen for a property renovation i was working on, id already received quotes from 3 of the big Names in the industry, & I was on my way to pay a deposit on the one we had settled for.. Emma’s showroom caught my eye while stopped at a roundabout on route & we decided to take a look.. we had a specific colour/style in mind & Emma just happened to have the exact colour we had been searching for on Show, so we held back the deposit & had a quote lined up for the coming week with Emma.. Not only was the colour spot on, Emma made adjustments so that the kitchen Style/design exceeded our requirements.. & to top it off the quote came in considerably cheaper than all 3 of the other companies. Being a carpenter of 35 years, I’ve fitted many kitchens from all the big names & I can honestly say the Quality here is far superior to most.. Emma & her team were brilliant from the word go, nothing was too much for them.. very professional & knowledgeable. I have since introduced a couple of friends To Emma who are equally as happy as myself.. We will definitely use Emma for our next project & can’t recommend her enough.. Being a small family run business everything is personal & the service is second to none.

I purchased a kitchen with the help of Emma, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. She was absolutely lovely to work with — incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and intuitive. It honestly felt like she knew exactly what I wanted before I even realised it myself.

Emma visited my home to carry out a full survey, then guided me through the planning process, helping me choose the perfect style, colour scheme, and appliances to suit my space. The computer visuals she provided were spot on, and being able to see such realistic images of my new kitchen in advance was amazing.

When the kitchen was delivered, it exceeded all my expectations. It’s absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent customer service and designs. Emma listened to all the issues with the current kitchen and came up with a beautiful design that is also really practical and solved all my storage issues. The installation was done by Andy Bowen and again was meticulously done. The new kitchen is just perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchens by Emma Reed to family and friends.
