We bought a home bar, front & back. We got an email with confirmation that our order went through. And money was taken out. It has almost been 30 days since we have heard anything. We tried calling and left a message, almost a week later no return phone call. We tried calling again and phone number is disconnected. We have emailed twice as well asking about our order. Has been a week and nothing. We will be going to our bank and reporting this company as fraudulent.

This place took my order on Jan28 and charged the full amt of $2175. to my credit card. I heard nothing from them for three months. I tried repeatedly to contact them by phone, text, and email. Finally on April 23 they responded that it had shipped that day. It has now been 5 1/2 mo and after repeated promises that it had shipped, still no furniture. I was able to track down their distributor and their shipping comp. neither had any information about me or my order. My credit card company is attempting to get my money back. It will take 90 days. I have designed a room around this piece and I’ve lived around boxes all this time waiting to unpack into furniture. I am so disappointed.
