Its SCAMMERS , on the second day of the order there was a option to let a review, before the arrive , it never arrived .

Has been more than 2 month , the package wasn't arrived , I have all the Info that is still with postnl , or the info that as checkd in , but never the package. A cost of 30€ .
And i got this massage today from the company :
Thank you for your message. I understand this is very frustrating, but unfortunately, there's not much we can do. We haven't heard anything from PostNL. We have sent your package correctly, but unfortunately, you didn't choose insured shipping (you can choose this at checkout). That would insure your package against loss, but now only against damage. We can prove that we sent the package and it has been handed over to PostNL.

Hello, I've just had a quick consultation. We can resend the items in exceptional circumstances. However, we only have two 357768-MQ2s left. Could we supply one of the other model? I see that you've already given an insufficient public review. Could you perhaps remove it? I'd like the opportunity to resolve this with you without any harmful reviews.
So to send another model maybe lower price , as i saw in another reviews . Then i told them what i think .
That the package was returned to them . That yes they are scammers .
So they dont want to refound , also not resend , at first place .
Yes , I will lieve more reviews so that people will know that i lost 30€ .
Never had so experience , alweys delivered, 2 time refounded at first moment . It pretty scammers. They knew the pakage hadn't arrived but they never contacted me with intention of solving the problem , it became a problem when I let the review.
And I just saw it , they do have in in stock , I could buy more 4 of them .

Uw pakket is zoekgeraakt bij PostNL, wij hebben u vandaag netjes een oplossing geboden nadat het onderzoek was afgerond door PostNL. Dit kan erg lang duren, zeker in deze drukke periode. Wij hebben dit vandaag pas te horen gekregen en hebben ook meteen op uw mail gereageerd. Mijn collega was niet op de hoogte dat het pakket niet op bezorgd stond en derhalve niet afgeleverd was, dat hier bewijs voor was. Daarom heb ik gelijk overlegd en ben ik met een oplossing gekomen. De communicatie per mail met u verliep vervolgens erg stroef. U schold ons alsnog uit voor leugenaars, oplichters en wilde niet begrijpen dat het pakket niet retour gekomen is bij ons, maar echt kwijtgeraakt is door PostNL. Wij hebben u dit proberen uit te leggen maar er komt geen begrip van uw kant en u bedreigde ons bedrijf met nog meer slechte reviews. Ik heb gezegd dat we hier niet op in gaan en we ons niet laten bedreigen. Zelfs nu blijft u volhouden dat het pakket geretourneerd is, wat niet het geval is. Het is VERMIST, ik heb u de mail van PostNL doorgestuurd. Ik heb u zelfs een oplossing geboden door nieuwe items te sturen, ondanks dat het pakket niet verzekerd is verzonden, in de eerste mail vandaag al! En ook VOORDAT u de review hier geplaatst heeft, dus wat u zegt klopt niet! Vervolgens zet u alsnog overal negatieve reviews neer en laat u zelfs vrienden dit doen? Erg jammer dit!

Broken plate never replaced

I bought a set of dishes and 1 arrivée broken. I gave tried all possible esta to contact the client service but never got an answer. I also sent the pictures as they ask in their website but no answer.

Bad customer service

They said the parcel was delivered but we never got it, driver apparently dropped it off with us but never gave it to an employee hence the parcel was never to be found (public place), customer service is unwilling to resend a parcel because the driver delivered it. There was never an official signature or whatsoever. At the end, we thus didn't got our products and didn't got our money back. Never going to order there anymore

Goedendag, ik heb de conversatie teruggelezen. U heeft geen naam ingevuld bij uw bestelling, alleen de bedrijfsnaam. We hebben uw melding doorgezet naar PostNL maar zij melden dat na onderzoek het pakket toch echt bij het Kasteel is afgegeven, niet op een openbare plek zoals u meldt. Ook hebben wij uitgelegd dat als u geen geadresseerde (naam persoon) opgeeft en het pakket niet verzekerd laat versturen is er geen handtekening nodig. Derhalve is het bewijs de tracking code , het onderzoek van PostNL + bevestiging van de chauffeur dat het is afgeleverd. Wellicht uw personeel even vragen die op dat tijdstip aan het werk waren. Wij hebben u op alle manieren proberen te helpen.

I bought tableware

I bought tableware, half of the order was broken, the contact was funny. All the time someone replies that they did not receive photos and they are attached each time. Making someone an idiot. Never again, it doesn't fit to be called a shop.

We can solve a damage with only 1 picture, when you sent too much or too big pictures, they will not arrive. Please sent just 1 picture of the damage. We can fix this within a few hours.

What a great surprise!

With such excellent service, I had to share my experience. I purchased a cutlery set from Kitchen&More. When it arrived I had noticed it was the wrong set. I could see on Trust Pilot that it had very bad reviews and my heart sank. I thought I would never solve this issue. I was completely wrong! I was not able to reach through phone, however via email; I got a response within the hour. Every communication had a quick response and very efficient plus great customer service. Everything including the return of the cutlery was taken care of within 2 days. The exceptional service and great communication will keep me as a future customer. I cannot relate to others' experiences because mine really was really world class. Thank you Kitchen&More!
