Very disappointed so far (not even plugged in), my order not engraved as ORDERED :(
I saved for ages and my kids paid the rest for a fabulous Xmas gift- sadly the engraving was ignored.
I contacted but was told I needed a copy of the order placed - but was only sent a summary of the order - of course- and no receipt….
PLEASE screen shot the order when through kitcheaid itself and you want engraving.
Negative 10 is too high
Buy at own risk. This company HAD a great name. New accessories are built to break and your 'customer service' tells you to cough up for another. Bought an ice cream mixer, broke after first use. Apparently a common and known issue to Kitchen Aid. Lucky they offer a 10% discount on their next overpriced doorstop.
If I could give Kitchenaid a minus 10
If I could give Kitchenaid a minus 10, I would! We currently own a handheld 9 speed mixer and require new beaters only. We have been told that Kitchenaid do not supply accessories any longer and that a consumer MUST purchase the whole unit if an accessory breaks. What a load of rubbish and how bad is this for the consumer and environment. DO NOT purchase Kitchenaid. They have no customer service, they are uncontactable and if you're wanting assistance, they direct you to 'justanswer' where you must pay an online fee. Unbelieveable and outrageous. What a crap company!
Terrible Experience
I've purchased a KitchenAid Blender, Food Processor, Kettle, Toaster, Stand Mixer in the last 30 days and the experience with the Whirlpool (holding company of KitchenAid support and distribution in Australia) is absolutely horrendous.
They were closed and unavailable on the day I ordered one of the products I needed support on, then refused to assist they were open again saying it had already been processed, and are now are paying lip service and being absolutely condescending in their replies. The apathy is astounding where they are just ignoring it.
Going so far as to delete negative reviews and feedback online, after harassing me for them, to curate ONLY positive reviews to increase sales. This business is super dodgy and their support is pathetic.
The KitchenAid product is quality from my experience, but don't expect that quality to transfer into after sales. The experience has been absolutely unacceptable and has put me off the brand totally.
