Kistlife clothing is a scam company. I have ordered a dress from their website and it came in a very poor quality. It took forever to get a hold of them to initiate the refund. I have sent my dress back to China and paid for shipping out of my pocket in hope to get some money back. They have never refunded me. So I lost money on shipping and actual buy. Please be aware of this company and never buy from their website.

my order took 4 months and I only received one set of the two I paid for.
The set received looks nothing like the website. They owe me a refund for the set not received. They are thieves. Zero Stars

I agree with the other reviews! I wish I saw reviews prior to spending almost $80 on the cheapest crappiest material they can find and hire what must be toddlers to make these knock off clothes. The model in the picture was wearing an actual sweatsuit made of nice material and I figured at the price it must be authentic! I had no idea that it was made in China or I never would have ordered it! The site looked legit, stupid me. It took 2 months for my order to arrive and last time I checked the tracking their website changed names..so beware. The “sweatshirt” if you can call it that was a joke. Super scratchy, paper thin and the arms were so short it looked like a little kids shirt and I ordered a Medium to hopefully be a little baggy, I’m normally a size small, but an Asian size medium is an american XS. I was sick that I paid them that much money for something I could have ordered from Wish probably for $3.00! Soooo irritating. They change names because they know they’re scam artists! Do your research before you waste your money. If it’s shipped international then look elsewhere.

Kristlife appears to be a scam. Ordered place April 22th. They sent shipping notice on 4/25/2020 that it was in transit from China to US. I sent follow up email on 6/16/2020. It came in tranlated Chinese which made very little sense other than it is delayed. Do not buy from this company they just take your money.

I ordered a sweatsuit. The tracking is a joke. It's been over 40 days. I asked for an update on where my package is. They claimed it was delivered. It was not. Then they sent me an email in Chinese. I'll have to issue a chargeback on my credit card. Stole my money.

Ordered a tie dye hoodie and sweat pants for my wife. Order took 1 1/2 months to get here. I spend $80 on very cheap clothes that look nothing like what was advertised. Do not order from kistlife. The website and company is a scam.

I would give Kistlife a zero start review if possible but I had to give them one to write this review. I ordered four t-shirts from the website a month or so ago. I was starting to wonder where they were when I received a package yesterday with four random t-shirts that didn't at all match the ones I had ordered - they were completely different, different color, different graphic, everything. I immediately emailed the customer service account to rectify the problem and received a totally nonsense reply saying that the shirts were the same and that I should "focus on the user experience and give timely feedback on relevant problems". The experience with this website has been absolutely horrible. Please avoid Kistlife no matter what!!!
