A total scam!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! Saw the ad on YouTube, thought it was legit. Purchased the 10 pants for $35 plus tax. Company is in China. I tracked package from point to point. It took 31 days for it to say it was delivered. The delivery message stated it was delivered at 11:13 AM. The problem was (SCAM ALERT!!) it was 6:30 in the morning. So they stated they delivered approximately five hours in the future at my address. I contacted Kirezy. They stated I should check with my neighbors to see if the package was left there. I responded that it was not my responsibility to check with neighbors, but to expect my package to be delivered on time at the correct address. They stopped responding after that, no refund, no communication. Scam!!!. All sites should be dropping this company from their ads to stop promoting fraudulent purchases and creating more victims.

I made a purchase for their cargo work pants deal. I was skeptical but wanted give it a try for the sake of verifying legitimacy. So I placed a order on Aug. 7, 2026. Everything seemed normal like any other online store. Once the order was place, I noticed it was coming from China. So I expected it would be a long shipping and delivery process, similar to all other sites with similar shipping methods. I.e., alibaba, temu, etc...
Well i constantly checked the tracking and by Sep. 12, 2026, I checked the tracking and it said my package was delivered. I was home all day with the door opened and no package ever came. I didn't have any suspicious activity on the associated card or bank account associated with the order, yet... but I can conclude the site is a scam. Not sure the intent or scale of the scam as of yet. I just know you will not receive anything you ordered. Maybe they're just collecting money from all the false purchases. And after order is placed, there is no way to contact anyone. I emailed the email address on their website and still haven't gotten a response. So buyer beware kirezy is definitely a scam site!!!

I ordered some pants and shirts on 8-9-2026 from Kirezy on their site. I used the express shipment option, was supposed to be 18 hours, spending $4 more for that option and $2 for shipping insurance. Today is 9-12-2026 and the tracking shows my package delivered today. It has not been delivered to my address and Kirezy and the shipping company are non-responsive to my emails. I recommend that NO ONE ever buy anything from Kirezy. I will never buy from them again.

Ordering from this website was a huge mistake. First there was a guarantee that my order would be shipped to me in 18 hours. There is 100% no way to get in contact with a representative of the company not even through email, as I sent multiple emails asking for tracking. The tracking system they use does not allow you to locate purchase. It's been 2 months and I have not gotten my product or even an email to offer some comfort. I would strongly recommend against ordering from this company.
