Buyer beware:

I purchased a blazer for $268 from Kira Grace and returned it within their 30-day return policy. The item was unworn, with tags attached, and I received confirmation that it was delivered back to them.

After 13 days with no refund, I followed up. I was then told my return would not be refunded due to an alleged “odor” identified by their warehouse.

This claim is inaccurate, and no documentation or evidence was provided.

This is now the second issue I’ve had with refunds from this company. In a prior order, I was refunded an incorrect amount after returning items.

At this point, I cannot recommend ordering from them if you expect a straightforward return and refund process.

I am still awaiting resolution on this matter.
