Short lifespan due to battery

While functionally good initially, this watch's battery performance is severely lacking, deteriorating to the point of requiring daily charges within ten months. I cannot recommend it, as this short lifespan makes it a poor value. Investing in a more reliable model is ultimately the wiser choice. Furthermore, you cannot replace the battery.

Iedere smartwatch wordt intensief dagelijks gebruikt en de batterijduur kan hierdoor na verloop van tijd verschillen per gebruiker. Wij beoordelen dergelijke meldingen altijd zorgvuldig en nemen ze mee in ons kwaliteitsproces.

Tegelijkertijd willen we benadrukken dat onze smartwatches door de grote meerderheid van klanten juist positief worden ervaren. Dit zien we terug in meer dan 420 reviews met een gemiddelde score van 4.0 uit 5 sterren. Daarmee laten we zien dat de meeste gebruikers langdurig plezier hebben van hun aankoop.

I had ordered a watch before

I had ordered a watch before, but it "got lost" in transport between the deliverer and my post box. Be that as it may. The person who helped me had been gracious and helpful. Oh, and the smart watch was a good buy.

Top service

Ik heb meerdere keren bij Kiraal besteld naar alle tevredenheid. Nu was er helaas een probleempje ontstaan van de een op de andere dag. Mijn charge fit laadde niet goed om. Na contact met Kiraal bleek dat ik een verkeerde lader gebruikt had. Zo gaat dat...laden is laden zou je denken...helaas niet dus. Had ik natuurlijk ook de beschrijving moeten lezen. Mijn fout.
Gelukkig was Kiraal zo coulant om mij tegemoet te komen en werd ik verrast met het toegestuurd krijgen van een nieuw exemplaar. Dankjewel Kiraal. Heel blij mee

I have ordered from Kiraal several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, a small issue occurred all of a sudden. My Charge Fit was no longer charging properly. After contacting Kiraal, it turned out that I had been using the wrong charger. These things happen… you’d think charging is just charging, but unfortunately not. I should have read the instructions, of course — my mistake.

Luckily, Kiraal was kind enough to accommodate me, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a new one in the mail. Thank you, Kiraal — I’m very happy with it!

I bought a watch for my son

I bought a watch for my son , but the rubber band was so hard, it is sharp and I will not pair , I told kiraal about , email to because they don’t have phones nrs , I asked to return, with all the requirements of making pictures, they said could, because it is open,
This company doesn’t have return policy as states, carful and caution if don’t want to lose your money

We take hygiene and transparency very seriously at Kiraal. As clearly stated in our return policy on our website, used or worn items are strictly not eligible for return. This is a hygiene standard — not a negotiation.

The product in question shows clear signs of use. Returning worn articles, especially those worn on the body, is unacceptable and unsanitary. Attempting to claim a refund after usage is not only against our policy, but also highly inappropriate.

We provided clear instructions upfront, and your return was declined for valid reasons. We urge all customers to carefully read our return conditions before purchasing — they are public, transparent, and non-negotiable.

Accusing a company of wrongdoing while ignoring the stated rules is misleading and unfair. We caution others not to be swayed by such claims — our policy exists to protect all customers.

Good customer service!

My digital watch works fine and it's simplicity is what I like the most. I had a bit trouble with the batteries but the company responded promptly and adecuately and new batteries arrived in 2 days. The customer service is excellent with a real person writing. Thanks Noa!

Charge Fit Faulty Screen

In Dec. 2024 I ordered a Charge Fit ,but 4 months later the screen went black.Wrote to customer service, Noa responded promptly , gave a few tips and I had to send a few pictures of the device. A few days later Noa replied the would send me a new device and within a week it was delivered, free of charge.
Professional,efficient and friendly service.

Fantastic company! Good service

I recently bought a watch for my daughter and after that an additional charger. Delivery was quick and reliable. Second order showed a big delay with the postal company and I was worried that the package was lost. I experienced a very helpful helpdesk with Kiraal and that gave me confidence that all would go well. And it did! Fantastic!

Good simple watch and step counter

I wanted a simple watch that was also a step counter that did not make me connect permanently with some database in China.

This seemed to fit the bill and indeed it does. There was a problem with delivery down to Post NL but Kiraal were very helpful - another plus point.

Very pleased with the watch and the service from Kiraal.

Product expected. Simple setup, right size on wrist. All features working perfectly.
