Scammers!! They never answer the phone or phone you back. They say nonsense on your email request and pretend they don't understand what an enquiry is about. Tricky scammers
They have different names: Kipoko, Martin(HDS)-from what i received a parcel, on Google Map they are Chiner Railway Logistics)) Impossible to refund rubbish items back, they don't provide a refund address. My bank struggles to receive my payment back. Keep away from them!

THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU FOR THEIR POOR PRODUCTS, DO NOT PURCHASE.
Purchased a heated blanket as a gift for my partner for Christmas. Took 3 weeks to arrive from China so missed Christmas. The blanket felt soft and seemed to work okay at first, however heating areas are quite patchy and not all elements heated up. After a week an error came up on the display and it refused to warm up again. Contacted company straight away and sent a photo of error. At first they responded quickly and said they'd sort it. 3 weeks pass without a solution, keep saying they are processing the return but nothing comes of it. I say I want a refund, dont want to wait another 3 weeks for a new one that will break again. They IGNORE my request for a refund and send me another product as replacement. They never came back with a reason or my refund. I HAD to dibute the payment with the bank to get my money back!! And replacement they sent didnt heat up at all!! They also delete my reviews!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered Log splitter - advertised as a cast iron log splitter - but received a completely different and inferior simple welded metal one which broke first time used - No customer service - fobbed off with email that the refund/return department will sort things out - after sending 9 emails - NO refund -No response!! Please do not buy from this company!!

One star just because -10 is not available as an option!
Order was created by mistake,emailed them hour later to cancel it,been advised order is send already at 1am over the night,really????
Very rude team,quality of the cameras l ordered is worst one l have ever seen,especially for the amount they charge….
Avoid this company as they don’t provide and return address and support at all!

Typical online sale, these companies should be closed down. They will do anything to delay and avoid returns and refund.
Several emails and a couple of weeks and still their response is ‘we are waiting for a result from the return team’ and ‘we have institutional measures in place’
What does that even mean?
I will keep posting these reviews until I get my return and refund sorted.

The product ordered (a log splitter) was not as described - it was advertised as cast iron and yet was made of mild steel. I have tried to contact them at least three times by email (phone calls not possible) and fobbed off with a message saying the returns department would get back to me.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company is awful. They sent out the radiator cover I ordered in the wrong colour, when I highlighted this to them, they told me to ship the item back by my own means, but they would only refund the amount for the item, the shipping in both directions would be my burden to shoulder. Not willing to take responsibility for their own issues in anyway. Absolute disgrace.
I'm now stuck with an item I don't want, or I can return it and be out of pocket for the shipping. The parent company is based in France but the return address I was given was Dawson Lane
Bradford West Yorkshire BD4 6HN.
Avoid at all costs.

Update 10 November: The item was returned to the seller, posted 2nd November, confirmed delivery 4th November, they have since not replied to any emails and have not even refunded the cost of the item.

Update 19 November: I can't take them to court as they are based in France, solicitor told me I'm well within my rights to sue, had to go through PayPal and only got item cost and initial shipping refunded along with a nasty message from Kipoko. What a complete scam.
