Beware Everyone
I guess by now they're just not going to reply to the emails requesting an address for returns - the boast on their website. Shoes arrived, eventually. But very poorly sized. Return and refund. Some hope. Beware everyone.

Looks like the re-emergence/rebranding of Chinese fraudsters behind hildathelabel.co.uk
I wish I had read these reviews before buying what looked like nice jumpers from their website. I was also sucked in by a bumper sale.
The quality is poor, the jumpers are badly made and so the shape is all wrong around the neck. The returns procedure requires contacting the company (not that unusual, but perhaps should have been an alarm bell), but getting a response from them is impossible. I'm now getting bounce backs from one of their email addresses, they don't answer messages on their contacts page, and of course there's no phone number.
Looks like they were registered at Companies House this summer. So they exist, but are clearly not up for any kind of customer service. I suspect the positive reviews on their website are fake.
I'm going to take further steps to get my money back.
The company isn’t fake. It took almost a month but it did arrive - tracking all the way from China. Also customer service was responsive to me changing the order.
The sweater is 100% polyester and not as high quality as it looked in the picture. But it was only £33 and for the price was perfectly acceptable. I’ve bought UK made clothes that were more expensive and lower quality.
This company is fake. It features images of sweaters that are very different to the colour and quality they post you. They never respond and you are unable to return. Don’t waste your money. Chinese company pretending to be UK.

If I could have given no stars for this absolutely rubbish company, I would have. I bought two jumpers that were meant to be high quality, UK made, warm and woollen. The photos and descriptions were fraudulent. They were made out of the cheapest material possible, awful, awful quality and impossible to send back. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. An absolute SCAM!!!
Clothes are nothing like the advert. I'm trying to send back but says I have to pay to send back to Asia. This is a scam - avoid at ALL costs
Bought 2 sweaters £63, said it was a uk company having a bumper sale. The reviews on the Instagram page are fake. The quality is absolutely garbage. They use pictures of beautiful items but these are nothing like it. After I had ordered I could not find anything about them on Instagram. Scam. Avoid at all costs.
I bought two item's on line from Kinolia ( jumpers) for around £57 . They took over two weeks to deliver them. They bear no resemblance to the jumpers shown on the online catalogue. Unlabelled apart from saying they were made in china - both 100% acrylic and extremely cheaply made. Majorly disappointed. I wish I could show a photo of the jumpers. They are a joke. Don’t buy from this company !
I was just about to buy from this company, after reading the positive Trust Pilot reviews on the website. However on Trust pilot these reviews don't exist ?? Not to be trusted.
2 x hoodies ordered that looked knitted. No, they're a very blurry print.
As soon as I notified the company I wanted to return them, they said they will need yo be sent yo Asia, here's 15% off 😤
The website page for the hoodies has mysteriously been pulled! Thankfully I took screenshots. So much for 30 day refund.
SCAM
Awful company, poor quality clothes, terrible customer service. Felt like an Instagram scam!
