I am extremely disappointed with Kinobody's customer service. I placed an order (#KB-637878) over two months ago, paying more than €300, and I still haven't received the products or a refund.

The package was sent back to their warehouse due to customs restrictions in Italy—a situation they acknowledged in an email back on March 9th. Since then, I have been repeatedly "stonewalled" with vague excuses. They claimed they were waiting for the package to be processed at their warehouse, but it has been over a month since it started its journey back.

I have explicitly requested a full refund to my original payment method multiple times, but I am still waiting. It is unacceptable to hold a customer's money for over 60 days for a delivery that failed on their end.

I am now forced to escalate this issue and start a chargeback process with my bank (VISA).

Pros: None so far.
Cons: Terrible communication, massive refund delays, zero accountability.

Loginpage is shit. Have trouble everytime i want to login the skip and order when im travelling. So tired of having to try multiple times every time i want to skip an order. please get it fixed guys

I joined the Kino Baddie program a couple months ago because I wanted to lose body fat & gain muscle (specifically in my glutes). The content inside, is honestly, really in-depth. From the nutrition, to the weight training, how to do everything, and I can really see my progress from the before & after pictures I took of myself. Really worth with for other girls wanting to get in shape, loved it!

Kinobody customer service is trash. I messaged no more than an hour after placing an order to modify and add a product to do a combo buy, I sent two three messages since this happened before they say they will reach out asap it’s complete bull because they shipping my order and then emailed me back 8 EIGHT HOURS LATER saying it already shipped. You can’t even talk to anyone on the phone cause they have it email only their products might be good but telling my husband to find another company because the customer service is trash and not going to invest in that when you can’t even get through to anyone and they don’t offer you any support except “it already shipped”

Best products I have ever tired. Been using these for years now. I have taken most of them, but Octane is my staple. I take it twice a day.

Products are amazing they really do work and have scientifically re searched supplements for men’s health, but my main concern is the shipping to the UK.
When I first ordered from kinobody it only took 7-10 days to arrive, over these past few months it has not been the same.
I was ordering in summer and one of my orders did not arrive until I had to pay extra shipping fee’s one month after, then ever since then whenever I order from kinobody my order takes anywhere from 3-6weeks to arrive which is quite frustrating when the product is so good!
I might even move to Canada just so I can get next day delivery!
I am still waiting on my biggest order yet and is has been 3 weeks now with no updates on wether it has been shipped or not.
I have tried emailing the support but I guess they are off for Easter holidays hopefully they get back to me as soon as possible.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have had to chase them to request a refund for a program that is tooo expensive. Never once did it mention that the price was in USD until AFTER they took my payment. This has been an issue since November and that 30 day money back gauarantee is a SCAM. You will never get your money back. I'm out 300$ + for a program I never used. Customer Service representive Zia is horrible, does nothing to solve your issues.

The whole program is setup to be very simple, easy and straight forward. There is nothing the coaches ask that is not doable, just takes self motivation.
Speaking of coaches, these guys are great!! They do a great job at checking in with the community, reaching out, providing almost daily zoom calls, and will hold you accountable to the program.
The amount of helpful resources you have access to like meal plans, recipes, other members, the list goes on and on.
It does cost a pretty penny, but for changing not just your fitness, but overall life, the cost is 100% worth every penny.

Stronger and leaner without sacrificing life. 2-3 workouts and walking is perfect!

What an incredible experience. The onboarding process was very professional. They explain each step of every process and they really show they care to make sure you receive what is needed to start this program.

Amazing team of Coaches, very knowledgable, quick responses, and experts in the field.

I was unable to access my purchased program. That said, the kinobody staff promptly fixed the issue in real time

I have been following Greg since 2014. I bought my first programs on a Black Friday Lifetime access promo and I still have access to those programs, all of them, and the cookbooks. I love the ease of the programs, the way they fit into your daily life, and if you stick to it and put in the work, like anything in life, the results are awesome!

While I lived in South Africa I could never get the supplement range but since moving to Europe I have been and the products are, in my opinion, everything they are promised to be. I started using Mojo in October 2022 and since then I have not had the flue in times when everyone around me has been sick multiple times.

When it comes to their customer support I have not had any issues that could not be resolved. Once it took a while for them to get back to me on a shipping charge that was mistakenly charged. I got a refund for it. I also had my shipment split into two packages because of logistics issues, support explained the problems and let me know that the rest of my order was underway and that I could let them know what the import charges would be so they could refund that also...That is great customer service.

All in all, I have only had good experiences with Kinobody. Programs that work, the best dipping belt in the business, and supplements that work well without all the extra stuff. Sure Greg isn't everyone's cup of tea but he has built something that adds value and the team around him is fantastic.

Been doing kinobody for years.

I joined the coaching program this year and those guys have been nothing short of amazing at every turn and keep me on track. I was able to get to a very lean state on an 6 month cut and now I am lean bulking. Planning on having an amazing transformation at the end of my time on the program, but I’ll be continuing on this training and eating style for the rest of my life without a doubt.

I am also a certified personal trainer (not actively coaching clients) as well as a certified nutrition coach and have put myself thought every style of training and eating you can imagine and can tell you, this stuff works. Proof is in the pudding.

I enjoy many of the supplements as well. Octane, collagen, and mojo have all been game changing level effective for me personally.

I am 5ft 9in and used to be obese (316lbs). I lost a lot of that weight before this program, but since I started kinobody a few years ago, I went from 260 to 160 now (give or take) with much better composition.

Cannot recommend it enough.

I'm a 44 year old physician and have looked at tons of programs for getting in shape. Kinobody is simply the best and simplest. Greg has cracked the code. In 4 months, I lost 18 pounds of fat, maintained muscle and got stronger, and got ripped by just following the program. It changed my life and I see the world differently now. Almost everyone wants to be in shape and almost nobody knows how. I see guys running in circles for years trying to get in shape but without a program that works, it's a waste of time. Thanks to Kinobody and Greg I look better and am stronger than 99.9% of guys that I see day in and day out at the Equinox in NYC

I’ve been following Kinobody’s programs since 2017 and I have to say that it is the best and easiest workout system around. Just follow the program both the training and nutrition and it works. Greg believes, exemplifies and stands behind his products and programs.

I love Kinobody and their emphasis on HEALTH and WELLNESS in addition to PHYSICAL aspects.

Coaches are excellent - always quick to respond. I have had great results using their system and recommendations.

Love this company and products. Octane is a gamechanger for workouts and even for actual work that requires thinking! Collagen protein is also great. Workout programs are top notch! Great customer service and respect to long term clients!

This is an incredible company- I have told them for the last eight years, and I purchase multiple products programs, and even some T shirts. Each time I Buy a product or program I always have somebody from the team reach out within a couple days to ask for feedback and ways they can improve. I also have had a personal weight transformation on the movie star program
