If you value your peace of mind, just stay away.
This used to be one of my favorite keyshops BUT lately their support have been slow and ineffective, many games with region lock have showed wrong region information, misleading the buyer to buy a game that won't activate due to wrong region and the support takes forever to solve it. They just forward the case to the sellers, and these sellers take forever to solve the issue. It's amazing how a game with a wrong region information that had to be refunded, a month later still have the same wrong information (what do you think? Now it's a different region game, this will work, but to be sure, you ask the support and they say yes, it will work). The next day you buy the game and guess what? It didn't work again. Because the support is lazy to change on the product page a information they had before (that the region information is not correct, or that the seller have no idea about what he is selling). Só again, another frustrating experience with a lazy and slow support, you open the ticket, wait for the time asked, and guess what? NOTHING! They simply don't give a f** about the time they ask you to wait, and you have to wait, and wait, and wait even longer because you have no clue about how or when they will solve it.
Só, if you care about your peace of mind or you sanity, stay away from kinguin. There are many shops out there WAY BETTER than kibguin, like Eneba, instant gaming, youplay, etc.
Kinguin is now on my not recommended list, alongside Difmark and other terrible keyshops.

The response time ran out without any answer from the seller, he was radio silent until I escalated the issue. And then, within almost no time, he answered this:
"Hello!
Unfortunately, I will not be able to process the report in your favor and I am now treating this case as closed. If you do not agree with my decision, please escalate the case to Kinguin’s Customer Support.
Best regards."
Pathetic!
I opened a dispute on Paypal. This order was for 2 games, and on the dispute I said that one game was ok, and, the other,.it had this issue and the seller was being dishonest.
Edit 2: after reviewing here and letting it become public, as well as opening a dispute, kinguin's support took the lead from the case and solved it very quick. So I'm changing from 1 to 4 stars. I just don't give 5, because I think that it shouldn't have been necessary all this effort for a good solution. But yes, kinguin's support was great at the end, and I feel comfortable to keep buying games there alongside some other keyshops that trust.

Purchased 100's of keys from various…
Purchased 100's of keys from various key sites. Never had an invalid key until now. This one game was cheaper on Kinguin, I took the risk knowing it was gray market (ebay-like).
Turns out the key was already used, a day later the product is out of stock. Support then wanted screenshots, I provided some, but they also want you to make your steam profile public.
Support has to remain sceptical, I understand, but having to set your Steam profile to public does put your account at added risk, not worth revealing this information over £3.50 when screenshots of my library show I don't own it.
I don't blame Kinguin, but that's the nature of this service and key redemptions. Some of it's third party sellers cannot be trusted or mistakes happen.
Point is, sure you'll get a good deal sometimes.
But it's only a matter of time before you become the victim.

A first class experience
Very easy to buy, a very good price, good information given and so easy to get up and running. Very impressed and light years away from another provider of Youtube premium who I moved from as it was a complete nightmare. Not all providers are the same, in my experience use this one.

It was a great experience for a very low price. However, I didn’t like that I was forced to choose coupons from other businesses in order to claim my code. It felt a bit uncomfortable having to enter my email address, knowing I have to receive spam. Other than that kinguin is very trustworthy and cheap.
