Oh what can I say about Mr Stephen McCaffrey and his team at Kings View Chambers. His support, expertise, guidance, confidence-boosting, prep work and overall management of my case were beyond expectations.
I was not optimistic about the case, I felt that it is a lost case that we couldn't do much about and especially just before the start of the trial I lost my confidence and was very nervous. Mr McCaffrey was there to prove me wrong. He turned everything around in a victorious , panegyric manner. I was stunned. My confidence skyrocketed and I think I did my part fairly good which is crucial as well. I am very privileged to have witnessed this man in action.
My issue is resolved, and now my life is changing forever.

I am writing this review on my personal impression of Kingsview Chambers Solicitors.
It gives me great pleasure and in fact no words to express my gratitude to Catherine Stock and Stephen when I hired them to sort my problem. CS particularly was ruthless and straight forward in telling me that I should expect the worst case scenario from GMC. She never gave me any hope. That is when I knew I was in good hands. She was blunt in everything, cost, outcome what I should expect etc. Then when I prepared my response, she kept returning it back asking me to better my response. After few attempts, she prepared the best response and submitted it to GMC. I was in a state of shock when GMC closed my case with advice only. The whole workplace was wondering whats happened to me as I was jumping around in Joy and Relief.
Look no further, trust me.
If anyone is in trouble with regulatory law, contact KVC immediately. They are expensive, but will let you know in advance.

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Catherine and Stephen for helping me with my case. I had over 20 lawyers in the past and Catherine and Stephen are the best of all without question.
I had extremely complex case that included multiple allegations. At the start it almost felt like there was no way to fix this. I contacted various companies to get legal help. However in every law firm that I contacted I was informed that the case was complex and the way out nearly impossible. I was also invoiced large amount of money for legal services by each firm.

The hearing was very stressful and lasted longer than 20 days. They also raised concerns about the way the GMC handled my case, to which the GMC had nothing to respond to.

Its my honour and it gives me tremendous pleasure to say a few words about Ms Catherine Stock - The joint head of Chambers @ Kings view Chamnbers. I was first introduced to Mr Stephen and Ms Catherine Stock (CS) by one of my colleague in relation to my GMC fitness to practice investigation that lead me to have a Medical Practitioners Tribunal Hearing. My case was then being lead on by Ms CS.

During preparation of my case, CS from the very beginning challenged me and guided me to the perfection during each and every step. She had excellent critical thinking skills and she dedicated herself with serious thoughts and considerations in relation to my case preparation. It was emotionally a very difficult time for me to go through with the MPTS hearing and getting prepared for my case hearing but she was always there with me at every step both as a friend, as a colleague and as a very professional person in her field. She used to guide me and correct my statements multiple times without getting cross about it.

Prior to the hearing itself, Ms CS was always honest with me about the expectations and the most likely possible outcomes of the hearing. I was initially really very nervous to face the members of the Panel but she prepared me so well in the 2 pre-hearing conferences that I felt very comfortable facing the panel members and the GMC barrister who really tried to give me a tough time. If it was not for Ms CS, I would have never been able to present my case so well.

During the 4 days hearing in itself, the way Ms CS presented my case and the legal and ethical arguments she raised was beyond any doubt very professional and showed her outstanding communication skills. During the hearing CS was always available for my help and support and before and after the end of every session she used to support me and help me to with any of my queries or questions. It was indeed based on her excellent presentation of my case that I got the best possible outcome of my case

It was an excellent choice to work with both of them(Stephen and Catherine) . They accepted my case in a difficult situation with a time pressure limit. They reassured me from the first session that they were confident to win it. I was under the impression from the previous barrister that my case will be lost. I would most likely end being suspended for at least a year. They managed to study it in a short period of time. They were able to change the outcome and won the case for me. They proved to me beyond any doubt that they were very professional with long years of experience.

To make everyone aware, do not pay any fees to this firm because they will let you down and will not meet the promises they made before they received your money. I am reporting them for deceived and misconduct since this is not acceptable and is fraud. At the panel hearing Catherine exonerated the charges against me and cleared my name, resulting in being able to move forward and continue my career untarnished.

When your read the NMC annual report fitness to practice 2020/2021, only 3% of cases are facts not proved and 8% FtP found not impaired!

When the odds were stacked against me, Catherine allowed me still have hope and to remain positive. Catherine demonstrated this when the panel found no misconduct and no impairment in my practice as a nurse.

When I received my referral from the NMC. I did what most nurse would do, which was to go to the RCN for support and guidance.

Unfortunately the RCN let me down as a RCN member in a time of need. When I went to them for help at the beginning of my NMC case, I was mislead and misrepresented by non legal RCN employers, resulting in my case going through to the highest process of fitness to practice panel hearing.
